In other words.. 1) people would buy "150%" account. 2) Train their main + the alt for a year. 3) Tranfer the alt to another account. 4) Have 2 accounts with years training time but with 25% less money.
Sounds like an excellent deal for CCP. Specially the bot char farmers would be thrilled :)
this would crash the resale market in teh long term. why woudl i hold out for 10bil when im paying 50% less 5bil will do..
i have 7 accounts, with 21 trained toons. you want more toons get more accounts, otherwise GTFO CCP-áare full of words and no action. We watch what they do and its nothing but false statements and lies.

I'm not against being able to use a PLEX to train an extra character on an account for 30 days. It doesn't offer any gameplay advantage over training the character on a seperate account and transferring it to the main account, save that it's less complicated and it's cheaper. It just seems like a more sensible way of doing what we can legitimately do already. Malcanis' Law: Any proposal justified on the basis that "it will benefit new players" is invariably to the greater advantage of older, richer players.

Nice idea but this will just result in more supercap pilots clogging the spacelanes. |

Good idea.
To kill the character farming just have characters trained on the 150% deal non-transferable, so it remains nothing more than a convenience for players for whom it would be a convenience. |

Character transfers suck balls anyway. |

I for one would appreciate being able to train on the same account for twice the money, simple. Saves me the hassle of logging on/off characters whenever I have to switch skill training. Also saves me the hassle of getting together API keys for stuff like EFT.
Most of the alts in EVE are surely alts that are supposed to be played with their respective mains and other alts. But some, like me, have one alt with a blackops char and a wormhole Tengu alt on the same account. I'd never use those simultaneously, so why put them on another account? |

If only there were less supercaps right?

Um, assuming the $/SP rate was constant as per my suggestion, this wouldn't affect character farming at all. Malcanis' Law: Any proposal justified on the basis that "it will benefit new players" is invariably to the greater advantage of older, richer players.
