These guys are in the same boat as Vendetta Mercenary Group (take a look at their war history, which matches with VMG). They do not honour their contracts. VMG has admitted to breaking their protection contract with me, both by mail and on their forum thread. You guys initiated your war against my corp 24 hours after VMG did. You are a coalition and all work together. Obviously I was wrong to trust you.

I am not looking to make unwanted enemies, but you guys war dec'ed me at the same time as other VMG alt corps. The fact that VMG had a contact with me and the fact that they broke that contract has been admitted by them. If you want to distance yourself from VMG, avoid participating in the war that they initiated at the same time as you. Maybe even consider taking me under contract and defending against VMG - but I doubt that is an option for you.

Court is always exciting.
Here is a chat log with your CEO admitting that you are allied with VMG. He's a cool dude and I respect him, but it doesn't change the fact that your organization which depends on trust is supporting allies who are the exact opposite of trustworthy. You have a chance to distance yourselves, but I suspect that will never happen.

Fair enough. To be completely honest though, I think that VMG has given you all a worse reputation. Who knows, maybe you will be able to spin it to your advantage!

Thank you Mo. I'll agree to hear the case in light of the judge being absent. I'll also take this time to vouch for Mobadder's third party services. To the point, the Inquisition holds DWA in the highest regards. They are free of Nitshe alts, and I have flown with several devils on occasions past. Ichooseyou, since the burden of proof is on you, do you have anything relevant to say before the Inquisition delivers justice to your Corp .... Er... I mean carefully weighs the evidence?

In my defence, I would like to begin by stating that I accept that Devil's never had or broke a contract with me. All that I said, or intended to say, is that you are affiliated or working together with VMG. This is true, at the very least, as it relates to my fortizars. I would therefore respectfully submit that my statements do not amount to libel.
If my plea cannot result in the charges being dropped, I respectfully request that they be considered with respect to sentencing. That being said, given that you have an active contract against me, I don't know if much can be done on this front.
