Thought a thread of pirates and what they drop would be useful :)
Not gonna mention destinations unless finished with. It would be nice also if typical sell values could be listed also. im newish to loot and havent sold any non mkt stuff yet :) i have alot of it now !!!

Found the v-m15 shield (the one that gives 40% boost to all dmg) on a poxy low lvl pirate in OBE
The MWD's (700 & 900%)drop from 10k osprey pirates
a whole host of ab hybrids from the 10k,30k and 40k pirates
250mm Gauss proto's drop from 30k pirates
150mm gauss proto and 150mm dual gauss proto from the 10k pirates
medium smartbombs 12a (450k refine :)) from the 30k pirates
27% cpu boosters from 10k pirates
40k pirates drop lge repairers
gaussian and argen miners drop from the 30k pirates and 10k pirates
ANGELS (only killed em for 1hr so far)
Lif's from the poxy 4k Blood Reavers
cold gas arc jets from 20k depravators
carbines from the depravators also
yet more forms of MWD and ab's from 8-10k raiders/hunters
Gyro 1 from the 5-8k angels - not sure which one of em drops it tho :)
*i know we are all sensitive about loot and where it drops etc , but im thinkin this would be nice info for those who are willing to share*

Alot of this is all different now post patch. Guristats used to drop lots of energy and supporting mods. Now they only drop hybrid guns and supporting mobs.
I haven't seen them drop anymore MWD or AB.
They are still dropping shield hardners and boosts (non activated boosters).
The Gauss proto's are now *ultra* rare. 5 hours of hunting with 3 players yielded zero proto's, but we did get a couple scout and carbide hybrids which are decent, but inferior to the gauss.
They don't seem to be dropping cruise missles and torps like they used to, but dropping LOTS of launchers now.

I looted about 8 cruise missles last night in a two hour time period. I wish the pirates would stop spawning long enough for me to pick up my loot. I swear I kill them non-stop for 20 minutes before they stop spawning.
I've never seen a 250mm guass or a mwd though :(

the drops i listed are after the patch :)
i just wanted peeps to share the info on pirates and loot they have seen themselves.
the 10-40k rats i do in V-4CFK in venal :)
but they still drop as i listed , just not in huge qty's anymore.

You've been very lucky indeed then :-)
Pre-patch Angel Impalers would drop LiFs, MWDs, and the then named Dual 150mm Scout Artillery.
Post-patch I've had bugger all from them - worthless low end trinkets.
Depredators used to drop medium level shield boosters and hardeners, and some decent medium guns.
Now you get low end useless medium guns, the odd shield hardener here or there.
All Angels seem to be throwing out missile launchers with *** abandon :-)
I've killed 30-35 Angel Depredators and over 60 Impalers in the last two days - the loot drops have been underwhelming, to say the least :-(
Just need to keep on looking I guess ....
