EVE Custom Ship Labeler is an application that makes it easy to create your very own shiplabels for in-game use. The reason it makes it so easy is because of a simple drag-and-drop system. Thanks to that system you don't have to type a single bit of xml-code while you're still completely free in your creations!
Screenshots of what you can create with it and what the application looks like can be found here (pdf file) The pdf file also functions as a manual, so if you're having trouble with the application or with importing the xml-files in-game please read the manual (it also has a few handy tips that speed up the process of your creations).
Features: * Create your own shiplabels in any color, or colors, you like. * Create your own order of shiplabel-info (such as pilotname/shiptype). * Add custom text to your shiplabels. * Make your shiplabels multi-line or single-line. * Change the fontsize of your shiplabels, or only certain parts of your shiplabels. (Very nice for pvp, so they use less space). * Make (parts of) your shiplabels bold, italic or underlined. * Players in NPC-corps' shiplabels are still shown the default way, nice for fast pilot identification * Easy drag-and-drop system. * Easy xml exporting (will be exported to the default location needed to import them in-game). * Stand-alone application, doesn't need any in-game info nor internet so can be used during down-time. * No install needed, the application runs immediately.

Well tbh I think the majority don't trust applications like these, which is why I hope a CCP Dev will someday post a message that this application is safe. I'm even willing to let CCP distribute the application by placing it on their servers, so they're sure I won't sneakily change the current application for an infested application. But I suppose I can only keep on dreaming on that part hehe... Creator of the EVE Custom Ship Labeler application: https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=188954&find=unread |

People are right to be cautious but an up to date operating system, security software, and safe practice should keep em safe? Also if there is something dodgy about a download people should post a warning but rumours help no one.
Ps you still banned on your main ? ;) The bottom line is that now I have one of those annoying signatures. |

Check the manual, it'll exactly show/tell you what it's about :) But yeah in short: custom colors, custom fontsize, custom font-options (bold/italic/underlined) and custom orders of info (pilotname/shiptype/corp etc.) Creator of the EVE Custom Ship Labeler application: https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=188954&find=unread |

Nice app... only thing I don't like is that after using it. NPC corp members names and ship type run together.
e.g. pilotnameshipname
There's no space or - between them which is a bit annoying. |

Check out the manual, with the Custom text component you can add this space or anything, it's just that you've got to do it yourself =) Creator of the EVE Custom Ship Labeler application: https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=188954&find=unread |

Whoops now I'm reading you're talking about NPC corp members, which is probably true, yes... I'll see if I can fix it one of these days. Thanks for the heads-up! Creator of the EVE Custom Ship Labeler application: https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=188954&find=unread |

It's fixed. Replaced it for the current download so just download it again and it'll be EVE Custom Ship Labeler Version 1.0.1 (You can check this by clicking the blue/white information button next to the application's title). To give you an idea of how I changed it (might be jibba-jabba to you):
Now I check wether the next component is on a new line or if the next component is a Custom text component of which the first character starts with a space. If one of these are true then I'll (re)place a space in the "post"-attribute in the xml-file.
Next to that I also check if the previous component is on the same line, was a Custom text component and ends with a space, in that case I replace that space and place it in the "pre"-attribute in the xml-file.
Anyway I hope this fixed your problem, Grauth Thorner Creator of the EVE Custom Ship Labeler application: https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=188954&find=unread |

To be a little more clear on what the bug-fix does:
Depending on your complete setup, this'll show players in an NPC-corp with spaces between components if the setup is as follows: [pilotname][custom text:" text"][shiptype] or [pilotname][custom text:"text "][shiptype] or [pilotname] [shiptype]
Notice that the first example has a space in front of 'text' and the second example has a space after 'text'.
I hope this helps enough, otherwise I'm affraid I'll have to forward you to this thread: https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=2339085#post2339085 which is a nice how-to written by Az Tek, showing you how to manually change things in the xml imported in-game.
