not so much at first though, it was similar to the way XP was when it first came out, but as time has progressed XP because awesome.
7 is becoming a great OS and if M$ had any brains about them, they would continue improving on it rather than giving us yet another OS in some idea that newer is always better.

XP is for those who cant update for whatever reason, just as there are those still using 98
7 is the new default OS
8 is for tablets and those with touchscreens. Admittedly crappy now, but with tech like leapveiw coming out it seems more about getting in ahead of the game.
Also I love having got my phone to tether.
It is glorious on now unthrottled and unlimited data.
I logged so far over 500 mb since Christmas using it for EVE. |
