Cally	Posted - 2005.06.11 19:49:00 - [1] We are recruiting people who are at minimum, able to use a small barge and a hauler ship. Ice mining skill is welcome, but not essential. We use a team pay system here, wereas each member of the mining operation recieves an equal share of any payout on the ore deposited, even the pilots doing the hauling get an equal share on the payout. This system enables the team as a whole to attain the bonus rates, and earn more money working as this team, than anybody could solo mining the same ores. Its designed in a way that gives the newer members a good initial income so they may invest in better equipment, thus increasing the teams total yield, yet still gives the older members a steady guaranteed income. However, I'm not interested in mining, but what's all those 'bonus levels' about? I might have missed something, but I think I read it all. Good luck with the corp. The bonus rates are there to promote team mining. Say for example that team 1 deposits the amount of veldspar to hit bonus level 2, then the + isk means that the team earns the base rate of isk plus the bonus isk on each unit deposited.
