Hello
My current setup for my tempest.. For pvp
High: 6 x 1400's, 2 NOS or Cruise
Med: 2 x Sensor Tech II, 2 x Tracking Comp, 1XL Named Booster
Low: Gyro II, RCU
Ok i need your help, i have no idea how to fit a speed tempest for pvp or a tank tempest for pvp or npc. For NPC should i go for armor or shield tank? and what weapon should i fit? For pvp tank ?!!? well help :p. Any suggestions?

pvp, close range, dual 650 scouts or tech IIs, nos/smartbombs
ABII or MWD, heavy injector... dual rep tank

hiya will, long time no see :)
ok for npc`s is pretty straight forward
sheild tank for angels
armor tank or sheild tank for gurista`s/serps
armor tank sanchas/bloods
close range tempest would probably consist of dual 650`s, they seem to have a nice balance of damage and tracking, a web is pretty essential, apart from that fit the rest of your ship for good cap recharge and repair ability, a couple of seige launchers are a bonus also whn npc`ing

ur gonna be using some RCUs or quite a few PDUs to fit cruise or nos along with the 1400s... not a good idea..

lose the nos and cruise iof youre going fleet.
fit tracking disruptors and target painters, train up the skills to make them work at range, wtfpn anything in one salvo with just three mates.

First Thanks all. I only use one RCU in the setup i mentioned above all others are gyro II mods so i dont think i have that kind of problem. I think ill try both 800's and 650's and see what suit it me better. Anything else i should know? :p

no ways u fitting cruise/nos and a full rack of 1400s without using pdus/rcus in lows.. regardless of skills... heck i have to use a RCU to just fit 6 1400 2s.
d solo.

Aye. I can fit 6 T1 1400's and 2 cruise launchers on a tempest, along with 100AB, trackers, boosters, gyro 2s. All with using only a single RCU2. Weapon upgrades lvl5, and electronics upgrades to lvl 4.
Don't know if you can fit 6 T2 1400's or not...just got the skill, and haven't had a chance yet to put some on.

In a fleet, I'd reccomend trading your Cruise launchers in for a Remote Armor Rep and a Shield XFer Array, to repair your mates inbetween engagements

You need at least one RCU II to fit 6 1400mm II. This leaves you with a bit more than 800 grid. How many CM launchers will fit?
On top of it CML use a ****load of CPU. GL fitting L/XL booster on your Tempest.

Yeap iam talking about T1 1400's never mentioned tech II 1400's, but you are able to fit 6 T1 WITH 2 NOS or Cruise with just 1 RCU tech II in the low slots. LOL
