Enough bandwidth for 5 heavy/sentries like the geddon? Oh wait, a third more drone dps, yeah, that makes it a carrier.
There is no logical reason for any carrier to be rolled together with the noncombat logi, other than it saves devs work on another hull, a legacy from early days of Eve that we don't need. If anything, it cause problems on balancing. "Escort carrier" should not have logi function. For that matter, regular carrier should not have logi function, it should have been a separate hull.

If you triage it wouldn't be mobile. If not it would be OP (a domi with long rr and more drones at the same time).
