i think we need to visit you guys real soon and sort out the bickering again.
On a side not i would like to say that clipped always had his members well being at heart when making any decisions.
I believe it was the Xetic sponsered nubs of jqa that were using 3fa as a meat shield, and when clipped and his guys finally twigged to it they decided to set standings to us as they didnt feel they should fight for jqa whilst jqa continued mining while their guys were dying.
So for ppl to say that he backed out and left JQA out to dry would be wrong in some respect but are right in that he made a decsion of which was the right decision for him and his members.
JQA relics need to get off their box and stop beating their chests and own up to the fact that they didnt care about 3FA and only used them to make a profit.

Syndicate by its geography is notoriously hard to govern or enforce laws upon. It would require a huge force to be available 24/7 just to deal with the few anarchistic minded corps who like to play big man by damaging or breaking alliances (Creating is much harder than destroying in eve).
There are still ongoing grievances between corps throughout the region which will need to be settled before even thinking of imposing any sort of even benevolent governance.
(I will not comment on the inflammatory ex JQA / 3RD issues other than Clipped had the right to pull his alliance out due to un sustainability of a long term war but tarred many people unfairly with his comments to justify it on the way. Its old just drop itą)
The idea of a united syndicate is like true communism will remain a utopian ideal.
This may change with the forthcoming patches ą..I hope

This thread is starting to get more comical every time I read it and the 3FA responses to anyone associated with what was JQA get further and further from the truth each time someone types a response.
@bullvar - you seem to have no idea what happened, i suggest you go read the old threads and gen up a little before making ineffectual statements like the s**te you just spouted. I and many of JQA were fighting/patrolling etc for all of our online time full stop. 3FA's contribution at the time was ok but far far from defending JQA while we mined and at times was pretty ineffectual.
No-one is actually having a pop at 3FA for pulling out of anything, in fact many JQA corps did exactly the same at the time. For the last freaking time it was the manner in which it was done.
Let's break this down into simple and hopefully smaller words so you can understand it, you have a friend (ok stretch your mind a little on that one as hard as it might be....), you run together, fight together and basically live in each others pockets for a while. That friend gets hurt, by accident, not design and turns round and not only leaves you but turns round and tells the world your an ass ( now that you may understand a little more), that your a bully, that you rob steal and cheat etc etc, trying to make the rest of the world think you really are an ass. Do you:
a) say thanks buddy! your a great pal!
b)ignore him and let the world think your an ass
or c) try and let the rest of the world know your not really an ass and at the same time try and kick his teeth in for being an ass?
I reckon pretty much most would go for option c) where possible, hence the vitriolic attitude towards King Clipped.
Lastly how come people seem to forget this is a roleplaying game when its so damn convenient for them? This of course means that when you switch off one night you don't actually get to go back to square one and start all over again? You played a role, one which had a negative effect on others, those others took umbrage with the way you went about it and decided to hate you for it IN THE ROLE THAT THEY PLAY. So i'm playing the hard done pilot of a small corp, in a small area of space continually being beaten up by other bigger tougher corps? And??? so what? it's my role and I choose to play it. You choose to play the arrogant asshat with no idea what he actually did while your minions decide to bastardise the actual truth of what happened to deflect criticism.... and?? so what?? it's your role and you play it well. I'm sure your a nice guy in real life and i'd buy you a pint in the pub if we met.... really..... honestly!!

At the time 3FA werent being used as meatshields, as i recall it was JQA that had the majority of numbers in the fleet battles. 3FA at the time were allies of JQA from living in close proximity of eachother, hence why they joined the battles not to mention hunting together when the time arose.
But its all in the past now - so bleh.

Nova is a big joke. Put rules and politics back in syndicate will only surely be it's downfall. Only real businessmen who know the power of ISK and the gun control 0.0 space.
Get rid of the pirates, how in hell do u do that? They make this space fun :), i say let them stay for my part.
They make good target practice with some good mods :)
OV has a grudge against us, get a life and save your ISK for your clones. The only member of TFC in Empire is Deaken Fiss and he is kicking the hell out of you guys!! If you can't handle 1 guy how in hell are you gonna handle a whole fleet of us?? But if you think it matters, well be it.

Truth be told, i think this thread should have been locked alot of
pages ago. I suggest to the mods that they stop this madness.
Nova Republic put up this thread to announce their existance, and
to answare questions directed to them. They have answared some,
and some have they chosen to leave unanswared. So be it.
But allowing this thread to go on like this, will be a sure way to
nothing but flames and trolling.

Wow this thread is really derailed now huh? but just for a laugh lets explore this reply a lil bit shall we? (I love it when peeps get it totally wrong...)
TFC has some friends in Syndicate, OSS I think it's called? (sorry if thats spelt wrong but hey) A lil coalition with QAM, LIH, BOS and Black Straw. OV is kinda quiet lately and normally only has 3/4 of our pilots in DP34. OSS come in numbers (8-10) and camp us.
Ok, so this is not a problem for us , in fact it's quite funny until peeps like bigiboi start smacking it around in the forums and then I have to point out what a complete load of tosh he is talking and just ask 1 question.....
We have shot down since June 27, 2 Typhoons, 1 Raven, 1 Scorp, 2 Rifters, 1 Crow, 2 Bestowers and 1 Iteron. This has been accomplished in the main by 2 pilots, myself and Nareau. When was TFC's last OV kill?
Now everyone else forgive me if this seems a little like a 'whos got the biggest dingaling' competition, I dont normally brag about kills but 2/3 of us have been running rings round you in Syndicate and i've been hunting your pos supply runs in empire. As for Mr 'use an alt to shield tank my Raven cause they cant shoot it' Fiss, havent seen the mighty WCS'er in weeks. So get your facts straight matey before y'all go embarassing yourself again.

You tanked Nareau and one other, think it was Scareseed. I was enroute but you logged before I got there. Anyway :), the point was made about using a bug such as the alt in your gang tanking you and not showing as a target.
I really don't care much for chasing a WCS'd Crow around tbh, waste of my time and everyone elses. Bigger and better targets around, enjoy uni dude and see you when you get back!
