Following the unprecedented success of Operation : Goonswarm Shrugged, it has been decided that we shall expand these operations. Whereas previously ice interdiction efforts had been limited to Gallente space and the bounty payouts were exclusive to Goonswarm Federation and her allies, it has been decided that both of these limitations shall be rescinded. In plain English, this means that youGÇöyes, you, dear pubbieGÇömay now participate in high-security ganking subsidized by bounty payouts; moreover, these operations shall expand to include Caldari high security space as well as Gallente high security space. So how does this work? It's very simple. Any ship on the below list is eligible for a bounty payout, so long as it is destroyed in Caldari or Gallente high security space. Let me say that again: in order for a kill to be eligible for bounty payouts, the kill must occur in either Caldari high security space or Gallente high security space. Another provision is that the killmail must be API-verified in order for the pilot to receive payment. ELIGIBLE SHIPS & BOUNTY PAYOUTS 500 million ISK : Anshar, Ark, Nomad, Rhea 250 million ISK : Orca; Charon, Fenrir, Obelisk, Providence 25 million ISK : Hulk 10 million ISK : Mackinaw; Capsule* 5 million ISK : Covetor, Procurer, Retriever, Skiff; Bustard, Crane, Impel, Mastodon, Occator, Prorator, Prowler, Viator Note: In order to receive 10 million ISK for a capsule kill, the specific capsule must belong to the pilot of one of the ships for which you are submitting a killmail that meets the eligibility requirements; i.e., if you kill a Hulk and get his pod, that's 35 million ISK for you, but if you kill a Hulk and some random guy's pod that's just 25 million ISK. In order to verify your API for eligibility with this program, please click this link and send the API details to one of the individuals on the contact list. Be sure to send EVEmails for bounty payout requests from the character that's on the killmail, or else you WILL NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING. To submit your request for a bounty payout, send one (1) killmail per evemail with the subject "GOONSWARM SHRUGGED" to one (1) of the individuals on the contact list at the bottom of this post. Any double-posts or mails sent to multiple individuals on the contact list WILL NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING, and you may find yourself blacklisted from the program. Just look at The Mittani and his alt, whom are simultaneously the #1 and #5 destroyer of Exhumers, respectively. As with pretty much the rest of nullsec, most Goons have high-sec alts; once a given character hits -5.0, you just turn to staging ships with your alt, either by flying it to a safespot and ejecting from it or by ejecting it from an Orca's ship maintenance array.

Blowing up the ship, pod, and then looting remains before anyone else can I would estimate take 3 accounts.
