Suns - Can warp in at different levels ( but you get warnings from your ship )
Level 1 - Safe, just like normal Level 2 - Slight constant thermal damage taken - base 50dps ? Level 3 - Quite alot of thermal damage constantly taken - base 300dps Level 4 - Slightly increased damage from level 3 ( 350 dps ) ,Due to random fire spurts random extra damage is taken ( eg- Sun flare lighty hits doing 40 damage ?) Things which connect 2 ships together (remote reps , nos , energy neuts , ecm) would not be able to work here due to the flares distrupting them.
Factors effect this area including lower sig radius lower taken damage, the more thermal resistances you have less damage taken. Drones take damage too, also missiles. When moduals are activated they take heat damage so you could not stay in this area for ages, it also gives a advantage for passive shield tankers. Ships which use missiles would need to get closer due to missiles flight time being reduced as they get destroyed. Obviously the deeper you go the more intensely the factors are effected. Scan probes could not be deployed here but if they picked you up it would just warp the scanner guy to level 1 of the sun .. he would have to manually check the other levels. It would be a harsh environment but could serve you advantages in certain situations eg;
. If you have good thermal resistances you could warp here so the fight is on your terms and you have a extra lil advantage. . The further down you hide the more hard for them to find you BUT the more damage you take and the less time you can hide. . Larger ships would be able to survive level 2 and 3 with relative ease but level 4 they would get hit much more often from the flares due to there size ( would mabe give a smaller ship a better chance vrs bs ) .If you know a missile boat is chasing you go down to a more intense level and out of there range so their missiles get destroyed. . Very good place to outlast fighters which are chasing you . Very good place to outlast drone boats.

Electrical (ion) storms -
Same aspect of the above,
Level 1 - Just outside but you can see no damage. Level 2 - Slight emp damage 25 dps Level 3 - Quite alot ect 150 dps Level 4 - More than quite alot 175 dps and patterns of bursts of electricity which damage and offline active moduals.
Factors - Sensor strength, cap recharge rate are boosted due to extra energy from the storms. The bursts of energy are not random like the flares, these come in certain patterns so you can avoid all your moduals being off lined by turning them off when the next wave of electric comes. Remote moduals conduct the storm and cause damage to use (less electronic warfare more pew pew). Conduct of drones and missiles so no more drones or missiles :P. Lazers get a increased damage bonus. Effected by sig radius = big no no for mwd :P (attracts extra electricity) Planetary rings -
Same as above sept kinetic damage. In level 4 just a massive increase in damage , 50 , 300 , 450 and no random or pattered dps .
Factors - Drones are not effected and can easily maneuver around the roids. Missiles are effected by chance to get to there target (bigger they are less chance they got) BUT when they do hit roids explode around the target causing increased damage. Hybrids and projectiles damage are reduced the further away from the target they are due to collisions. Lazers easily cut through the roids and hit true at increased capacitor use due to the extra power needed. Speed is lowered due to constant collisions.
I dunno if this is any good but its still possible .. umm .. mabe... ovbiously not perfect i just thought of it as i wrote.
