my attributes are ok but my memory is only 7 and it will take 3 days to get it to 8 (lvl 4 memory skill, forgot what its called). I have a lot of training to do and its going to take all summer just to get some decent skills. I can't afford any good implants i only have 5.5 mil isk.
I cant mine(no skills), i have lvl 1 missions that give me ****ty rewards(in a interceptor with barely any gunery skills so i can not fight for crap, how can i make enough money to buy these stupid implants? If your wondering how i made my money, i had a stabber and had small arties on it, and i gave up on some missions so i got my standings lowered.
Is it even worth getting implants?  
btw here are my attributes:
int: 8
perception: 14
charisma: 8
willpower: 10
memory: 7

create a new charatcer and hit the customize button so you can set your attributes yourself instead of having it randomized, next train your learning skills up...just toss your current char if you havent to much time invested in him or save him for pvp practice while you train up your new main

With these low stats even +1 implants do make a significant difference.

well i got 1.4 mil sp :/ that character is 2 months old too :/.

im going to buy another account... currently on my trial account my stats are all 8 besides will power... im going to get learning to lvl 5, and everyother skill in learning to lvl 4-5.

to be honest youll probibly have to agent your ass of untill you can do lvl4's and fly a raven. Once you are that stage youll be a billionare in a few weeks, at least until they nerf missiles.
Seriously tho, id say stick with learning since the advanced learning skills cost ~5mil each so getting those ASAP will equal a implant.
I guess the best way to make isk is mining rares in 0.0 (~20mil/hr +), you can do that in a osprey quite easily you just need to run alot.

I don't see why he'd recreate his character. Memory is a useful skill at the start (due to helping with learning skills) but it rapidly diminishes in usefulness.
I'd much rather have the base stats he has than the crap I have (17 perc with clarity 5, 16 will with focus 4) with 22 memory (which I rarely make use of).
NirvanaA, you haven't listed what level you have your learning skills at, so it's hard to see exactly where you're at. But pick yourself up a +1 memory implant, maybe a +1 int too. At your levels, they will make a good difference. Just think, in the future you'll be glad your memory isn't too high and you have great perc/will.

I have very similar attribute points, and even though i was gutted near the start of my eve career when i understood exactly what yer attributes do for you, I soon realised i came out of it much better.
True, it all depends if you want to be a combat or industrialist, but as a combat pilot you can learn your gunnery, spaceship command, missiles? much faster than many others.
My attributes are now
17 int
27 per
24 will
17 mem
These are all with adv learning lvl 4 and learning lvl 5.
And tbh alot of the intell skills in engineering are of low rank so i still can learn lvl 5 of a rank 1 skill in 5 days iirc. So not a big problem.
Also, gunnery skills ranks are much higher when you you go to specialise, so be greatful mate!

my learning is at lvl 4, im trying to train acceleration control to lvl 1 , its at rank 4, its taking over 1 hour and 30 minutes :/. how much time would a +1 int and +1 mem implant cut off on that?
