Ok, I got a Minmatar pilot that has the HAC skill to level 5. The pilot has 9.4 mil SP and has 2.3 mil sp into gunnerey and such. Only has 1 mil into learning. This pilot has a -1.9 sec status but can still get around in 1.0. It comes with a Vagab...
