---Starthra Industrial Bond---
Starthra Industrials is a small multi-venture company that strives to utilize all resources to maximize profit for shareholders. Currently ran by Drythar Starthra and his alts to generate isk in a multi-faceted way. The two accounts active at the moment are Drythar Starthra who is a pve/pvp oriented character that can run L4's and fly mainly Caldari Ships, the other account is Unbridled ArkDestroyer who is a Hulk Pilot and training Industrial Skills.
Bond Amount - 1 Billion Isk
Interest Rate - 5% paid every month on the 11th
Bond Value - 50 million isk
Number of Bonds - 20 Bonds
Collatoral - Armegeddon BPO (researched to 35ML) and Drake BPO (35 ML/10 PL)
Bond uses currently - Construction of player owned POS in hi-sec, set up of POS, buying of Materials and bpcs/bpos for production of researched market hi-yield items.
Bond Holers - Bonds Issued
Flakeys - 20 Bonds
Final note - With the rebuilding of my industrial network I am going to use this bond to find my niche, research the market and basic setup. Whenever there is a NAV to report, more detailed report on what I'm doing and predictions of profit this page will be updated.

I had 2 people message me about filling my bond. You and Flakeys. I messaged both of you back and Flakeys got back to me first. I'm hoping to build more collatoral for a larger bond later to buy a better industrial character. But a good Industrial Character costs 6-8b usually and I don't have enough collatoral atm to cover that much. |

Confirming i filled this one and am holding 2 bpo's as collateral worth allmost the full 1B loan.
I'll throw some PE on them free of charge , one of the next days it should go into labs for a month.

(STAR) Update -
Atm my corpmate and I have a few moons scouted out for putting up a POS. As it stands this 1b is still in my wallet waiting to be invested in modules for the pos and some bpo's to get us started. No real change, I know its only been a few days but I like to keep you guys updated. Right now we are working out the logistics of putting up a POS. We might even consider moving into a WH since I can solo most WH sites below a C5 and even some in a C5. When something concrete is in place you guys will be filled in.
Not having a real industrial character is a hurdle I am having to overcome. |

Paid out this months interest a couple days ahead of schedule with a letter updating my activities since this bond started.
----Letter written to flakeys----
I've bought 4 characters, sold 2 characters, bought a C1 wh with a hi-sec static, put up a pos with t3 production. Setting up PI on 9 toons across 3 accounts and doing reactions. I'm pulling in about 4-5b isk a month after everything is set up. Your bond has went to setting up the character purchases and my wh. I paid interest. Also if you want to confirm my moneymaking I am willing to send the API on my 4 accounts I have atm.
PI = 20m a day per character, 9 characters = 180m a day = 180 x 28 days = 3.36b sheer profit, no investment besides the toons themselves.
T3 Production = I buy nanoribbons from my alliance's C5, a buddy's c3 and run sites in my c1, I make about 200m a week but that's because I don't stay ontop of it. I'm more setting up PI and running sites. I plan on upping this.
Reactions = I make about 250m from my current simple reactions at my pos (reactions + heavy defence + component array/subsystem array) that's a month, its just to pay for pos fuel.
My most recent purchase was for a Rapier pilot, 12m sp Minny toon for 3b isk (thought that was a steal) and I'm going to get him squared away to go into a deep c5 wh to do group sites, that should make me 1-2b isk a month easily after getting set up.
As it stands I have 3 mining/PI Toons, 2 PI toons, a 40m industrial toon, a tengu pilot and a Minny pilot. I had intended on paying the loan off this month but with my most recent purchase of the Rapier pilot I have liquid isk down to about 900m. Though fear not I am making about 200m a day with PI and I have 2b isk in deadspace mods sitting in my old L4 mission hub.
With that being said, I paid you interest on the 9th (just now) and am giving you the option to roll over at 5 percent interest as per agreed or to cash out. I'd prefer to keep the bond open one more month but if you want paid out I can get the isk together by the 11th (2 days). Oh and also I have a 3 man ABC wh grav site mining fleet for when I have nothign else to do.
I might refinance a different bond fully collatoralized next month for 3 percent interest at like 3b isk just to give me some more liquid isk (I'll use the bpo's you currently have and some deadspace mods or I have like 6 Loki/Proteus/Legion hulls sitting in Jita I need to sell) I thought I'd give you a headsup.

Last bond I did a Nav and all that, and I really wish I was that organized. But with me making isk from Running sites, mining, making t3, doing PI, selling characters (I leveled em up to sell, good isk in it) and making purchases like the characters, plexing accounts, and setting up my POS...lol it would be jumbled. |

Interest paid out for both STAR and STAR-T bonds to the tune of 75m. I have plans on paying these bonds off within the next month. I've used the isk to get settled into my activities. I currently have 3 accounts with 8 characters all making isk and my own POS tucked away in my own slice of heaven.
But yeah, interest paid out on (or a day before lol) the 11th. Hopefully Flakeys confirms for me of interest received.

Repayed this Bond yesterday. Paid back one billion isk + the 50 million isk for this month. The collatoral was contracted over to me.
Instead of trying for a new bond going to sell the bpo's and use the isk since I am not doing anymore t1 production (let me know if any of you want a drake or geddon bpo very well researched, there's a post on the forums)
For now the 1.5b isk from this bond and the uncollatoralized STAR-T where very useful. During that time here is the report.
--Started out with 2 characters, Drythar and Unbridled
--Had very little isk to get off the ground but had a 2.5b isk tengu (pve, those deadspace mods) and these 2 bpo's.
What I did with the isk and then some...
--Now up to 9 characters across three accounts. Went into negotiations to get my old character back who can make all 4 Strategic Cruisers and can make Titans down (42m in industry)
-2 new PI characters for my wormhole..
-put time on my old minor production characters who have 7m skillpoints in manufacturing and research, added PI to them.
-Have a Freighter Character.
-Aquired another combat pilot.
I now own my own production line, a wormhole and my own pos. Put in my own poco's and sell t3 cruisers on the cheap as a package. Most of the I get good tips for deiivering close to dangerous space.
My current net worth is approx 15-20b though alot of that is tied up infrastructure such as the Characters, pos, pocos, reactions, t3 production costs.
Geddon/Drake BPO Auction - forum link for the bpo's I used for collatoral for this loan and their auction.
Starthra T3 Sales - my current advertising thread (though I do most of my business in private with alliances and corps)
Old Character - Re-acquisition of my old character back.
PI Toon 1 - One PI toon I acquired
PI Toon 2 - Acquisition of the other PI toon.
That's why I let the loan go on for 3 to 4 months was because I was steadily reinvesting his isk into the infrastructure. I hate to give away figures but since this was a publicly traded bond I'll go ahead.
--One PI character generates 10-15m isk a day per character in a wormhole if done right. I have 8 characters across 3 accounts (one character is in another much larger wormhole)
----15m x 28days x 8 characters = 3.36b a month passive income then you take off the 520x3 for 3 accounts for plexes 1.56b = 1.8b isk net profit with a RNG of 1.4 to 1.8 depending on market.
This leaves my t3 production line and any actual stuff like sleeper site running and the occasional fleet mining day (each account has a character who can fly a mining vessel)
Now putting that aside, you also have POS fuel and since I use a Gallente tower its about 415m per month to fuel. I run a reaction now that lets me net profit about 350-450m a month in isk according to the current market value.
--As a final note I would like to thank Flakeys for securing both bonds STAR collateralized and STAR-T not collateralized. His support is irreplaceable and I hate to lose him as an investor.
--Post-final note-- IF I ever do another bond it will be because I have decided to make one of 3 possible decisions. (1) Research or manufacture of capital ships or capital ship bpo's to sell the bpc's. (2) Expanding to take over the other 3 moons in my wormhole "only four, woot" to put in more reactions and to expand my production. (3) With the addition of a few more people in my wormhole (irl friends and family who I suckered into eve, so trustworthy, I'm paranoid) I have considered moving my operations into a larger wormhole.
