I am glad to announce that NORAD alliance is opening it's ranks for recruitment once again.
We are looking for PvP corps who want to have fun with guerilla warfare!
We are bunch of experienced and dedicated players who have great fun in the Outer Ring area. We watch out for each other and have many players with over two years Eve experience behind them.
If you think you fit the bill then please contact me ingame.

Basically we will be fighting Imperium and will for as long as it takes. A few of us have continued to fight them sucessfully and hope to get soem more recruits.

We did not die NORAD Kill Board we mearly make our selfs less visible target
and harder to hit but we dont stop figt Imperium in outer ring for a second

These guys are a bunch of cool and honourable pilots out there! So if you want to pick some nice fights, move to OR and join NORAD's forces - it's fun
Of course you can also pick Imperium's side, but who wants to get podded day after day in his "own home" - surely I would not

Guerilla warfare is imo the most fun way to pvp. Small groups of combat veterans deep in enemy territory hunting big targets. What could be more fun! It gets my juices flowing 
The NORAD ppl are a great bunch of guys and gals to fight with and its probably the most fun i've had scince i've been playing eve. Well worth it!
How about a new slogan for norad:
Probably the most fun alliance in the universe

Best of luck with recruiting now.
Just a personal view here, but not ment in any way as a smack.
When the group now known as Imperium invaded NORAD space they went down hard and fast. I believe in a mounths time, there was one corp left, CHON. They said they would never leave the allience, or the region, and after 6 months or so, here they are still here.
So the corps joining this allience. Are joining the real meat and pottatos of an allience, the hard core, never give up defenders. And the best part is you get to shoot at IMP's as well, who could reist that
