In OR is still a lot of good targets.
Excellent place for guerilla combat.
But tbh mostly you will see docked oponents or you will be mass outnumbered.
Citizens in Outer Ring are not very dangerous and they have after few months alwayss fear to fight in small fair play battles.

I saw your action against mining operation of Imperium in NM-OEA it was fun. It was 26(IMP) against 4(NORAD) all imperium has docked after they got 2 ships taken down.

to the flamers in this post, you must tbe very misinformed. Norad was once a very strong alliance. In the end it was torn up beceause of a few things that i wont go into right now that had nothing to do with imperium. Imperium only got the scraps of the alliance that was already on its deathbed.
I know shivaja and waffle boys, i may not alwayz get along with them but i still respect them. Lost their alliance homeland for over 6 months and they are still fighting.
