Fit a webber for a start. Maybe a couple of smaller guns to take out the frigates?
So in war, the way is to avoid what is strong and to strike at what is weak. |

For a level 3 mission its overkill anyway.
So tbh to get them done quicker you might be better off using Heavy Beam or Pulse lasers.
probably beam due to the crappy range of the pulses.
6 * Heavy Beam Laser 2 * Heavy Missile Launcher
3 * Cap Recharger (best u can afford) 1 * 100mn AB or MWD (your choice.. depends if your going to bother with the loot)
1 * Large Rep 3 * Hardeners (rat specific) 1 * Heat Sink II 2 * Cap Relays
Drones * a small blob of mediums
tbh it doesn't really matter what you fir for the level 3's ... they aint very hard anyway

You may try the following:
8x heavy pulse 4x tracking comp 1x large repair, 2x cap relays, 4x tracking thingies
Your tracking will be that good that you are able to kill even short range frigs and CRUs.
have fun

Thats not bad.. I guese.. with those mods (Tracking Enhancer II's in the lows btw) whats your optimal with Radio ?
cos the only downside with pulse is the ****e range.. and dont those damn stabber things orbit you @ 20km ? or is it 30km ? haven't done missions in ages lol

12000*(1+0.2*8)*1.6*1.25=62400.00 for heavy pulse II 24000*(1+0.2*8)*1.6*1.25=124800.00 for heavy beam II
the tracking is somewhere between medium pulse and medium beams.

Guys, T2 guns????? he said he can't use seige so what makes y'all think he can use T2 guns.
and for LvL 3 missions the apoc really is overkill.
You need not worry about the cap recharge rate too much as you should seriously be able to wipe out just about every single lvl 3 before they even break your shield. especially with your basic current setup with all the sinks. Smart thinking there.
The booster is also good thinking but pends on what you target to shoot first.
No need for armor hardners at all on lvl 3. If a standard apoc and a large ripper can't sustain lvl 3 damage, there is something else completely wrong with the situation.
You should be able to ruin most lvl 3's before getting into armor. By the time they do, you should have soooo much dead that you could use a medium ripper to tank it.
you might want to try in your mids.
100mn 2/2 tracking puters/sensor booster
2 tracking puters will allow you to fit multi crystals and use them mega beams up to about 70 or 80 KM with skills.
drop gamma crystals in for a bit of cap savings and still wreck pretty good. Not having to change crystals helps soooooooo much and saves much time. one crystal will cover most mission ranges.
Sensor booster is a good idea but not if your not targeting the small ships first. Shoot them at range first if you can, plus the two puters really help the tracking so much that you can hit frigs up pretty close.
The idea is to puke enough damage before you have to tank ......... mission done, loot cans.
Not sure what you might have to change in your low slots to fit that in mids but give it a try and make it fit. Fit as many heat sinks as you can after ...... like you are now.

:P Try a challenge, use an Assault frig or a normal cruiser. Who needs time bonuses anyways :P (tho I think they extended them out to like 4-5 hours now)

gotta have some sort of missile defense, either speed or defenders or a SB... but I don't personally recommend smartbombs :\

Currently I am doing all lvl 3 mission in Enyo, it's fun :) after lvl 4 in Raven.
The only problem I have, the last NPC with 2 spider Drones in Angel Extr., can't get in optimal under 2 webs :)
PS. And I get all time bonuses.
