Meridius	Posted - 2005.06.23 15:15:00 - [1] There are more problems with lasers. There is no tachyon equal for frigates or cruisers. Instead we get gatling pulse and quad light beam (which isn't even a beam ffs!). I'm not sure we need tach pulses for BS tbh. I was always hoping we'd get them for dreadnaughts ________________________________________________________

And the numbers are simply damage/RoF for the 1st group, and then damage/RoF * 1.25 (and an extra *1.25 for the tempest) for the BS. 5 Tach II's use 100% of a geddons grid so you need a pdu to fit anything else otherwise you will end up in a ship with 5 tachs II's and nothing else. It's better to use mega beams on a geddon anyway so i don't even know why you thought up of tachs on a geddon ________________________________________________________

Now stop doing stupid things like thinking of tachs on geddons, that does a lot less DPS then a tach with 7 mega beams Mega beams = geddon Tachs = apoc Sorry dread ________________________________________________________
