Question in the title, is there a commodity ingame that anyone knows of that acts as a non-renewable resource like crude oil or natural gas? (Excluding of the very small numbers of collectible items from alliance tournaments, etc.) |

Do we know for certain that high-sec ice gets renewed?

There's also faction control towers. These stopped dropping some years ago, and CCP haven't introduced a new seeding mechanism, although they claim that they want to.

There's a slight difference between non-renewable sources and objects without a current source. There are lots of one-shot items that were given out in limited numbers in a single(or few number of) event(Quafe Ultra, Alliance tournament ships, old arcs etc) or given out in limited or unlimited quantities over a period of time(LOTS of things including T2 bpos or all the collector stuff of old, wether it comes from missions, drops or whatever).
And of course there is changes to loottables either intentional or not, but since no one knows about the exact details of it, it's kind of hard to discuss. Taking DG ammo for an example, no one would know if they were (un/)intentionally removed, drastically reduced in drops or you're just experiencing a freak of statistics without dev comments. And regardless we have this divine power of devs that can at any point make an infinite resource finite or the other way around. Or turn a cynabal bpo into dust.
There is no extractable resource that is publicly known and finite. The closest you'd get is Quafe Ultra as it has to be consumed to be of any service(Conrary to t2 bpos, ship hulls etc) and no one can tell if, when or how more will be handed out. |

OP stated pretty clearly that he is aware of single event times and is not looking for those. reading doesnt hurt

Never suggested it was what he was looking for. What I did say is that the stuff you mentioned is different from a non-renewable resource in the traditional sense. |

crude oil and natural gas are renewable resources - they just get renewed at a very slow pace.
so I guess the question is less about not renewable resources than it is about resources that are chronically overfarmed. I'm a NPC corp alt, any argument I make is invalid. |

The planet will have been destroyed by an expanding sun long before these resources are naturally and fully replenished, though. They are really only renewable in theory. Noone said anything about being 'fully replenished'. Additionally, fully replenished, implies they have a maximum capacity, which they do not. That, and you are basing the assumption that our planet will not be able to replenish these resources (through the natural decay of organic material) in the lifetime on our planet, based on a guess at the remaining lifespan of our sun. I imagine within a couple hundred million years, our planet could restore oil and gas levels to the level they were circa 1850 CE, with the natural decay and fallow of enough animal and plantlife, should we stop using them.
On top with the question asked by the OP; No. There is not. |

Drone alloys are almost a non renewable resource... I think its down to just a few anoms that drop them anymore and probably not all of them are dropped in Eve now OUR LOGS SHOW NOTHING |

some alloys got dropped in missions, usually when you destroy a drone structure. |

So the question is which ones were not & those are 'non-renewable' resources that the OP was asking about
