My agent stopped giving me standing loss warnings, and in the conversation window the standing was fixed at 1.2 no matter how many missions i completed or rejected.
Suddenly, she doesent want to talk to me anymore, and i dont know how to get the standings up again. She is my only level II agent and my current best way to make money.
I dont know why the standings never changed before it was too late, it was fixed at 1.2 all the way until she suddenly just dismissed me.

It was probably a display bug, it may have updated had you relogged.
Try training Diplomacy to Level 4, then you may be able to sweet-talk her into taking you back. If that doesn't work out, just find a less classy one and use her to get to another decent one.

Isn't it the effective standing toward the agent that kicks in? If so it should be that the highest of faction, corp and personal standing should be displayed.
If you decline missions, the corpstanding and agent standing will be lowered, but the faction standing remains the same. Same with completing missions. Only when the personal/corporation standing gets higher than the faction standing the standing should be increased.
It could be that at some point (-2.0 for example) you won't be able to use the agent at all.

Hit esc and go to the "configs" page. You can reset the warning message so you get it again.
You can refuse one mission every 4 hours. You should be able to keep track of that easily enough

You might still have enough corp standing to continue with them but probably only low lvl agents if at all.
Basically you have to start all over again with them to gain their trust again.
or
you will have to run in another corp under that faction.
Diplomacy skill and/or more important missions gained from any other corp in that faction. AKA increasing main faction "should" bring that corp up some.
if your lucky enough to get a storyline mission from another agent for that corp you lost with ..... your in like flynn.
the reason ..... so we do not exploit the mission system to get and do only the missions we want. If there were no repercussions then one could decline exploit the system.
