I have some trouble with finding a nice NPC setup for my Manticore. Can anyone help me out?

oh here it goes:
3x estamel cruise launcher
gistii small booster, pith hardeners
whatever needed to fit these.
Add estamel's bcu.
And tell me where you go ratting :)

This has to be one of the most worthless ships in EVE. I got on recently and after loading three cruise launchers and ballistic controller, there is no power left ofr anything else and I have covert ops IV. You can't fit an AB, shield booster, covert ops, nothing, there is no power left to fit anything, but you do have three cruise launchers and a big X on your back. I am getting rid of mine as it is a useless ship.

You can't fit a covert ops cloak on a stealth bomber anyway
Seriously to the original poster, these ships are not worth flying, just get a kessie or a crow

Firstly, forget using a stealth bomber for npcing.
As for MORRS, all you're demonstrating is your lack of skill in setting up ships. Not that the ship is useless.

DarkFenix, please demonstrate your ability to set it up with modules besides 3 cruise launchers, ballistic control and pd. Can you also fit an ab or MWD or anything else for that matter?
I have all the necessary skills to run this ship including covert ops IV. Perhaps the ship is useless without covertops level V.

3 x XT-9000, 75mm II, Improved Cloak II
Sensor booster, cap recharger, 2 x racial jammers
CPU II, MAPC.
Thats with Eng V, Elec V and weapon upgrades IV.
