Good evening ladies and gentlemen, I am known as General Killah of the Rome corporation. For just over a month, SMASH Alliance has faught and slowly pushed the forces of Stain in Paragon Soul. Although it hadn't been our intention, we became attached to this land we bled and died for, and came to call it home. As a new leader came into power among the Stain Empire, and a infusion of corps as well, SMASH prepared to fight for their homeland. However, we were tired of the endless war. Although we have been in Paragon for only a month, our war with Stain has existed for over a year. Contact was made with the leaders of Stain to find a solution satisfactory to both sides. SMASH purposed an offer Stain could not pass it seemed, and for a while, it seemed as if the war was over. During this time a ceasefire was called and people began to pass each other without shooting. For the first time in a year, the regions under Stain Empire control saw an end to the slaughter of Rome and it's allies.

But things could never last, as Stain made a counter-offer which seemed to be better, no one noticed the slow stream of Stain indies and other ships into the Paragon region. The counter-offer lasted only one night and negotiations continued. Finally Stain made a last offer, one completely unreasonable. By this time Stain was becoming more arrogant. When asked about the original offer, which Stain had said to be quite a good deal, it was completely out of the question. We had been run in a circle for days, only to let the Stain forces regroup and restock. SMASH Alliance once again found themselves facing a war. As SMASH's war machine began to grind once again, it put several pilots to relief. We are not politicians and as such care little for the affairs of others in such matters. We are but simple fighters, trained in the arts of war and bred through our own fights as well as the old Curse Empire.

I admit there may be things I missed because I am not a leader of Stain. So I wish to issue a warning to the Stain Empire. We offered our friendship, and an opprotunity to fight others who might threaten you. A chance to get rid of your problems forever, but you were not willing to deal honestly. My warning is this: The moment the ceasefire ends, tomorrow, Our vengeance will not stop. We will hunt your miners and bounty hunters as well as your fighters. We will kill your women, children, and everything you own will become ours. You have chosen to be our enemy, so enemy you will become.

As to all the Stain with honor, I know there are many of you, I salute you. I await our engagements eagerly.
