Angels are kinda all over the galaxy, but yeah, Caldari agents should be giving the Gurista Extravaganza.
For L3, I'm not sure how it would take very long at all in a BS, unless we're talking about +30 minutes of travel time and 15-30 of combat. I'm soloing L3 gurista extravaganza in a BC/cruiser. I even managed to do one in a Blackbird :P ...sure it took a lot longer, but with regards to how it performed, it was actually much better than the other caldari cruisers & almost as good as a Ferox, except for lack of hi-slots comparatively.
Something with agents has changed (for the worse, imo) recently. My "Administrative" agent for L3 has only been giving me combat missions as of late, instead of a 1/3:2/3 mix of combat:hauling missions like he used to. Granted I can solo them easy in a cruiser/BC, but it takes 1-2 hours.
It's frustrating! I know, I hear ya... try to ask in local for a friend or get a corpmate for when you want to "hurry-up" a mission that might take too long.
On the patch - I'm dissappointed that CCP has listened to a bunch of whiners & complainers who want missiles to be exactly like guns, and are now thus forcing this unwanted patch - aka missile nerf - on us all. All missiles needed was an agility modifier on torps/cruise missiles to make them LESS AGILE. Sure they shouldn't be able to swoop around & hit frigs close up. Far away, coming in straight on the target? Sure, yes, they should hit frigs, duh. BUT missiles are not guns, they should take awhile to hit the target & do more/consistent damage than guns as a tradeoff. Rate of fire is slower... tradeoff & balance. Missiles are & were just fine, aside from like I said, the need for less agile cruise/torps. Very ****ed about this unwanted missile patch coming up. I use missiles all the time & don't mind them being slow. I also am actually SMART and equip 1 heavy or std launcher to shoot any frigs that get close to me... I was also really stupid and experimental once & put a cruise launcher on my BC with ~2 guns. It was fun, just stupid & of course it didn't work nearly as well. ...whatever... CCP pls don't **** us off with the missile patch, rethink it logically.
