This game is not ready for something like that most of the older longer players are pirates like the MOO corp. have been playing for awhile. If you haven't noticed this causes a problem. If you are going to PvP then you need to be handycapped, for awhile untill this game can be fixed (meaning adding some of the suggestions you mentioned which could be added when they add player made stations). Right now the older players have too much money and power ( maining because of early bugs and exploits that got them those funds. It is alot harder the make money then it use to be. Your in the MOO corp. you can make your own market out in 0.0 space you just have to manufacture and research it yourself. Goto 0.0 space take over the region and setup shop make your own skills for your newbie (so they don't have to travel in pads the get them and so on...) the only way to make this game truely balanced now is to make delete every Char and make everybody startover.

Silmaril - Manufacture the goods yourself. research and copy the skills for your other Pirate members. Make a Pirate market in the outer region. Do you know what really seperates the Eve "wanna be" top 10 wanted list from the real world wanted list? Those people either find a way to get it or make it themselves and distribute it to other evil people and make even more money. You don't see them yelling on soap boxs in cities complaining about how they can't just go into town and buy basics, becuase the law posts there wanted pictures.

I think Empire space is ment to be the way it is right not. People need to expand and grow more towards the outer regions. Right now there is amost no reason for new players venture out very far. If they want more risk then they need to go out also if they want to progress in the game they need to.
Many of these "good" players have to take far jumps to get back to get supplies and such.
Do you know that if you guys took hold of the market in these outer regions you could have more?

I've seen you make some intellegent post but that is just whining.
I have also seen the other side of "Your a pirate get over it" or "Your an outlaw deal with it". I have seen "Its a PvP game stop crying that you got killed, deal with it"
Lol - people want to go out to the outer regions and get the things you got and you wish you could come back into empire space and get the things we got.
How many times to people have to post it in your theads.

I guess you guys are so used to just shooting and having "fun" that your getting to lazy to manufacture and research skill packets.
There are many "Boring" Corps that manufacture and mine and blah, blah, blah but they got the things you are complaining about. All you pirate members want to do is have "fun" and not do "boring" things is that why there is no Pirate manufacturing corp to supply the Pirate like yourself.
Wouldn't it be great? The Moo have build a couple of there own stations and have there Sentry guns shoot set to shoot and people with high sec lvls. Or have a Assasination mission tab to put prices or HIGH sec lvl people.
Well intell that is implented, move on with it. Go around it. Work with what you got.
"Your a Pirate and outlaw get over it" Do some work to get the things you want.

"its a PvP game stop whining that you get killed in .4 space and below or get tolled" We need players like them to make the game more exciting. Take more caution, or bounty hunt.

You seem to be ignoring any post that suggest you try alternatives and continue to complaing and fight with the others that don't like you tell you to "just deal with it". It would seem your just posting to complain and there is no sense even discusing anything or sugestion anything to you. All you want to do is get back to the shooting(fun). If this isn't true read the post that suggest your corp acually work and comment on those.
Otherwise your just crying like all those carebears that don't like Pkers, and now you got those Whining losers laughing at you - "Ha Ha M0o is stuck and cann't do anything, they abused the PvP system and payed for it."
CCP Want the market to expand out there. Your already there and have control. If you WORK at it you can stabilize before player own stations are added.

Pay for what?? Nobody is suppose to be able to just waltz into a high lvl place where everyone is going about there way of doing bussiness and start pirating What they did is fix it. Pirates are suppose to be in the Outter regions of space, unless your a corporate pirate(which doesn't kill), not walking around with everyone. You want to work as a pirate you need to live as a pirate.
Your just sad cause you can't have it easy like they did for awhile.

To bump ratings would be a mistake. there might be some players that want to get out of the pirate business but some might use something like that to strike in high lvl space and make some easy kills. How can you really trust them not too?
