I imagine it will happen some time after they disclose the existence of the tooth fairy, and the location of Santa Claus' north pole workshop.

well inofficial cover up is already over.
the discolsure project has arround 500 millit+ñry witnesses who come forward and made their puplic statements about the ufo stuff they witnessed. among them are high ranking people and they have a lot to lose. sum of them for example had the responability for atomic bombs. I've been wondering why my space ship has been playing up. It started about two days ago, my roommate Dave was behind me, he was on the bike cycling to keep the power running to the computer. All of a sudden, this figure popped up on the screen and said that it wanted to communicate with us. I asked if it was of the Amarr race, as that's the race I usually only speak to, The being said he was from an unknown race, he asked me my name and then I asked for it's name. It said it's name was... "Space Whisperer" and that he mean't us no harm, at that point I asked if we could get a Malibu and Coke and then come back.
We came back and it was gone..... Bet it;s tied into all this UFO stuff.

I too, wish the governments of the world would release information on the currently classified Stargate program. Did you know the US government have starships capable of travelling to other galaxies? They got the technology from reverse engineering alien technology! And they were helped by little gray men!
Also they have a base in another galaxy.

UFOs are real. There are plenty of cases of UNIDENTIFIED flying objects. However, UFOs are not proof of extraterrestrial life because, by definition, we don't know what UFOs actually are.
(Never mind that for most UFO cases there's a perfectly plausible explanation and/or natural phenomenon to explain the UFO sighting.)

If aliens came here, then that means they are far smarter and more technologically advanced than us. That means they could wipe us all out if they wanted to. A fighter jet and a nerf gun would do about the same damage to them, even if Will Smith was flying it.
If they wanted us to know they existed, they would land in a public place and say HI! They haven't, which means they don't want you to know about them. If aliens who can wipe you out in a heartbeat say "We don't want everyone knowing about us." then you listen. I think most people would agree that those aliens are far scarier than some silly petition.
Also on a semi-related note. There are no such things as huge secrets anymore. Everything gets leaked that more than a handful of people know about, especially things this big. If there really are thousands of government and/or military personnel that know for a fact aliens have visited, then again they 're not going to tell you because they're far more afraid of their weapons and technology.
So either there are no aliens and you're suffering from the paranoia side-effect of all that weed you're smoking, or they are real and you knowing about them would be a very, very bad thing.
Or maybe you'll just listen to this guy.

There is more than enough visual and audio material recorded over the last 100 years to outweigh pure logical reasoning for this not to be true.
And srsly, Aliens would not land in a public place - for the same reason that if we could fly to other planets that support life, we would go on scientific studies and maybe take a few specimens - we certainly wouldn't stand out in public and we certainly wouldn't just go and blow them up and cause planet-wide Armageddon.

Uhm, the most logical course of action when meeting a pre-space flight society is to destroy that society. Your species doesn't have to worry about them developing into something that can destroy you down the road.

Why would anyone feel the need to destroy anyone with the limitless resources that come with space travel?
You're only able to understand things from your own perspective, living on this single planet, with limited resources, and an overdeveloped desire to consume. It would in fact be a waste of a races resources and time to bother with conquering a planet, when you can just move onto the next solar system, or even galaxy, and find some that are more easily acquired in quantities enough to last millennia.
Alien life as it passes by probably see us a bunch of primitives fighting over what to them is essentially worthless. Be careful not to anthropomorphize them, even if it is all you know. |
