I'm not that versed on ECM, and was wondering if Signal Dispersion was worth training above III. I was thinking, if it was just another 5% bonus on top of a small number, it might barley be noticeable. |

Depends how often you use ECM, though to level 4 doesn't take long anyway and most skills involve small % bonus on top of other small numbers. 5 is a tougher sell unless you want to specialize as an ECM pilot.
And the Falcon Vs Falcon scenario sounds like the longest most tedious 1v1 ever. |

Quite often it's not 1v1, but 6v6 or 20v15 or whatever, Falcon v Falcon is on the field. He will be your primary, and you will be his.
Not argueing your point. Just making a different one. |

You're debating whether an IV is worth it? IV is always worth it. It's whether V is worth it. And the answer is; if you fly ECM a ton, and/or have nothing that you want to train more. |
