Which do you prefer and why? What is your opinion on it's usefulness and on what scenario it is good to use in.

They are both totally different ships.
One has big ass cruise missiles and cant warp cloaked. The other can but has no missile launchers.
Draw your own conclusions.

Which is the one with no missle launchers? Can't be the buzzard since I use 2 small launchers on it for defense.
I find the buzzard and helios MUCH more useful than the bombers.

When i read the description both have launcher hardpoints.
P repsume you meant buzzard can't warp while cloaked?

Indeed, I <3 my Buzzard. And, with the next patch, you can engage cloak mid-warp!  Makes things much easier...

Comparing Buzzard to Manticore imo is like comparing oranges to apples. They are meant todo two different things.

Maticore uses cruise missiles and is a bomber. Buzzard is a covert ops that can warp cloaked and is a 100% spy. You don`t fight in a buzzard.

Nah, I've heard CCP are going to nerf staples' range and damage in the next patch...

Man dont be stupid 
Clearly a regular stapler would get dominated by an orange but by the same token a tech 2 staple gun would tear apart the orange.

I love how they nerfed the manticore in this next patch, cause you know, it was such an overpowered ship. Not being able to fire and then cloak and have your missiles hit? That was the one good thing about the damn cloak on a stealth bomber, now it's totally pointless.

Covert-Ops makes a great limo
warping at 13.5 AU/s, and MWD to the gate i can even get past concord(they dont like me)
5 mid slots(helios) can really save the day if u run into an inty at a gate, or for buzzards just cream inty's any way from what i hear
I use my Bomber in pvp, i have shot many many in the belt's,.....yet to kill any thing, infact ive maybe only landed 3 or 4 missles before tehy warped away, absolutly a waste of sec hit's in solo pvp
