the change of the highway system won't have any influence on the selling price, it might even go up, cause the sellers won't be centralized anymore in Yulai, meaning there's less competition sitting on one and the same place.....

Rudi: there have been detected some anomalies on the screenshot that might indicate tampering.
This is irrelevant though, since the overall image seems to be real and therefore you may just be trying to cover the identity of you main character (if there is one).
Anyway, I'm more than willing to offer more than the running bid, BUT to go even further this will require some liquidation of some very beloved and expensive assets.
I can't do that unless I'm 100% sure this is for real.
I offer to fly to the depths of the universe to inspect this bpo in a trade window.
I also believe I've made a name enough for you to trust in my confidentiality of the location, and me convincing the rest of this thread that this is for real.
If I can't be assured in some similar way, I'm afraid I cannot offer much isk since people don't keep isk in their wallets lately...

Why on Earth would someone with a BPO like this, sell it for isk? He would have all the isk he would ever need.
This can only be a scam auction, as there would be no sane reason for selling such a BPO, none at all. Screenshot or not...

u people are absolutley pathetic do u know that? sumone wants to sell his bpo regardless of what it is, why he sells it has **** all to do with u, if u dont want to bid stfu and dont reply, ur acting like 10 year old children, all ur doing is slateing him, id expect more from primary school children, why he is selling it is not ur concern, ur conern is to buy it or bid for it, and have u though maybe he doesnt want to build them? maybe he just wants the isk? if he operates in 0.0 its to risky to keep coming back to empire? rudi would it be possible if you could click the blue 'I' button and see what mineral requirements it has and screen shot that cheers
in my own personal opionion i think its legit, because it wouldnt take 6 weeks for a normal cap 1, for 1500 runs of it
on the other hand how much u selling them for (the cap recharger II's?)

Someone said the batch time for a cap rehcarger II was more like 1 hour 50 min.
Secondly, why exactly 1500 runs in that batch ? Makes it look like a full-run
copy.
Thirdly, if it is legit, god damn, i want that :)

There is something fishy about the screenshot.
1st its of bad quality. Try an ingame screenshot.
2nd the name shown on the factory slot looks like it has been edited cuz of the font size.
3rd use eve-files to host it. Faster loading times.

whoever wins, i recomend you stare at the item in trade window or escrow for a few hours. and post screen shots so we can verify its real. if someone loses 50 billion isk on a scam.. i shall declare war on you..
