See.. your plan would fall apart a little bit when people discover cap rechargers IIs being sold at 7m. Hell, spread it out through alts, in various regions and the average price will start dropping. People will start to see 7m isk more often in market, and other corps will be forced to price competitively..
It all has a knock on effect, regardless of what almost anyone tries to do.

Why sell it for 7 mills if people buy it for 14-15 ?
First rule of economics (if you want to make money) - never sell below established equilibrium price, if its the same product.

Far more important that the first law of economics is getting a hold of the market, on your terms, not everyone elses. It is how many of the major companies have reached the size they are. Take the huge budget airlines industry, which hasn't been around that long, as a classic example of how effective ignoring the first rule of economics is.

It's validity can be check'd when the auction is over..
It's not a scam unless you give money for something that isnt real.. So until that point then it may not be a scam. The player may have decided he wanted to make a quick 200b..
Just put up your isk and see where it goes..
