In 1 hour of mining bistot, you can make 15 million isk with a mining cruiser ( Thorax / Vexor / Exequror / Rupture )
In the 10 days or so since the patch, hunting high end pirates most of the time, I have found one of the items you're asking for.
And you offer 1-2 million for these items?

Hmm I thought with the asteroid bug you would have a hard time mining 1M in an hour with bistot let alone 15M :p.

These take 5-7 million each easily and basically don't drop anymore in game (lottery style odds here).
A lot of folks are putting them on bships right now since the heavy weapons are FUBAR'd right now and one of the reasons they are taking such a premium price beside rarity.

The only noob is the person that supposedly sold you a gauss for 2.5M. I wouldn't sell any gausses or heavy mods for any price, since they just don't drop anymore.
