I use him as a strong,fast and very efficient mission runner but he can also do well in pvp.
As posted he can use t2 large arties and ac's as well as t2 shield and projectile rigs when needed.
can run level 4 and 5 federation navy...federation navy 8.6, caldari stare protectorate 3.30.
For seasoned minny pilots i font have to tell you how fast t2 arties and or ac's can clear a mission when maelstrom is flown correctly. If maelstrom isnt your thing hes only a couple of days from a machariel.
he also has has minniy and gallente frig to 5 as well as excellent tracking and range skills so he is an excellent dramiel pilot as well.
Has implants and full set of hardwires.
