1. Getting a character with the correct skills.
2. Paying 1bil ISK
3. Choosing Name and Ticker
4. Accepting.
Now.. come to think of it, aren't all alliances made this way? |

When I started out in 0.0 the Russians in RA (v 1.0) were the scariest bastards I've ever faced in a video game. I always though of them as the MiG pilots with the dark visors from Top Gun, even if they could be reasoned with you couldn't even speak their language and at the time they were the most organized hostile force I had encountered. Things have certainly changed a lot since the days when I used to cov-ops camp goons in their home systems in the east, I certainly never though I'd see the day where they were the bittervet alliance. But hey, that's EVE for you.  |
