In null almost every fc uses a tool called fc scout tool.
You simply scan local and copy and paste the results in a tool which then instantly shows you what the enemy has in the next system, you can do this in a matter of seconds. You cant do this in high sec!
Null sec scouts are becoming obsolete.

Yea it does, but in high sec the dscan will pick up neutral ships. So you wouldnt be able to tell the difference from hostile and neutral.
