Yes agree with you totally.
Its nice to see sensible people seeing the changes CCP have made in the light they were intended, instead of the endless people saying the same thing over and over and over - eg "omg now I have to train more skills to kick ass and actually think about what I'm doing instead of 'target, f-1 f6, repeat' all the time".
This is a game we are supposed to enjoy, not just grind endless millions of money. Nothing means anything by the time you get it if you can buy it three times over at once.

Being one who played for a while, quit and then returned, I never really got a handle on hwo the game was being played by others. I think I've learned more from this thread alone than by reading the rest of the forums.

The special thing about eve is that you dont just get everything on a plate. you actually have to do something and think a bit to make this game fun. if you dont like that go grind missions in a normal game.

very good post.as for the frigs u missing the point seige missle launchers are for battle ships try going with a couple smaller guns in the 2 slots u have left over to deal with frigs u can still have your 6 launchers.i am not one for making posts but this on made me wanna say something.hats off great info maybe it will keep the omg this patch realy hurt me to a min
