Currently the only tower anchored is ours (which we will pull down during your move in) We have all the POCOs in Reinforced and are planning to eliminate them so you will be able to move in and put up your own POCOs and set your tax rate with minimum effort. We are in the process of clearing all of the moons of random junk (leftover POS modules/bubbles/cans/Etc...) This hole has A Magnetar Effect (which includes a +44% to all damage, some ECM bonuses and other effects) J105000 This hole has a handful of sites up, but you can always flip the C4 and run C4 sites, and with the High Sec static, getting your goods to market will be easy. We are willing to use a broker if you have concerns. Bids start at 200 million isk 50 million isk increments Buyout: Surprise me with an offer and we can work out something. Once the last POCO goes down we will begin dismantling/removing our tower After our tower is almost done, we will accept the highest bidder. Why dont you keep the POS in the system till the new owners have moved in. I have seen ppl move into a system within 24 hours after the POS was removed. Bit of a high risk for the buyer...

Bit of a high risk to the seller to leave a POS for the new owners to destroy. To clarify, CCP owns the WH, we're selling the location and the fact that we cleared out all the moons of POS's and the planets of POCOs. Once your scanner character is in the hole and we are out, the deal is complete. We don't stay and help you set up, we don't stay and make sure random people don't wander in, thats not what we're selling.
