What i really mean is, if say evil pirate 'A' has -5.0 sec status and meets pirate 'B' also -5.0 or worse do they engage one another or just give a slight nod and carry on, ofc if either pirate was to see me they would pump my ass full of lead, iron, antimatter or what ever they were carrying at the time.
Also the two pirates in question arent at war with one another or hate each other after having an 'your momma's so fat' competition that got ugly.

It would depend completely on the individuals... and since most individuals arent nice people: i would say that theres a good chance they would try to kill each other 
(i know i would)

actually we of mafia have good bonds with fellow pirate corps, we do not hassitate to contact fellow pirates to ask for their views e.g. when we happen to be camping in the same area, wich often results in nice blockades and team ups, wich is a hell allot of fun

meh but you never were or will be much of a pirate anyway, at best a juvenail troublemaker with to much free time.

As mafia, we do also take contact with many other pirates but sometimes they go, Have very rarly started a fight with a Pirate.

Hehe... belive it or not, but some times we travel between the regions. My self, if i travel alone with full cargo, then i fitt the BS with my travel fitting 
Then ofcourse i avoid to combat other people

I agree. A pirate doesn't usually hide his intentions. A non-combat person that has been a victim of grief tactics is usually bitter and will use every trick possible to get some payback.

I would go as far as saying that all PvPers respect other PvPers if they deserve respect. This applies between pirates , anti-pirates and quasi-pirates.
If a corp or player does well, others notice, especially if their honourable.
Even dishonourable players can command respect when they kill a lot of people.

Usually, at least in my region (operate near MAFIA), there doesn't seem to be a lot of inter-pirate warfare. Most of us either just give the nod or we NAP with each other to make life hell for carebears as a team.
Though sometimes my trigger finger slips when near anyone with a name written in 13375p34k.

It's really based on the systems to me. Low Security Empire Pirates have respect for each other more than 0.0 Pirates. That's because 0.0 Pirates have a bigger job of trying to control everything than Low Security Empire. There is more to offer as in stations to control, miner corps that work for them, and ect. So they tend to not like other pirate corps that make them weaker or just fly into the region. 0.0 pirates are mostly the worst kind to me. They tend to fall more on greed and un-worthy actions vs there allied pirate corp friends *glares at F-E*

I have seen an established pirate corp fly with and against other pirates.
Usually when they fight it's because the old guys are putting some arrogant newcomer in his place.
It's actually quite entertaining to witness

Hehe... it's pretty funny how there are very few people in EVE who speaks l33wt speak.
It seems like we do a good job griefing the life out of every l3wt speak player.
They go back to play CS instead, which is good. No brains needed ;) (most of the times)

Just because I respect someone doesn't mean I'm not going to shoot them.
Basically if it isn't in DNA, our gang or our allies, its going to get shot. Obviously this differs between members when they are operating solo, since its down to the players discretion.
