Get deeply matched with your new Corporation on 29 Dimensions.
Traditional online recruitment can be challenging for those looking to find a corporation that lasts. Of all the 0,0 PvP or Lowsec corps you may find, very few will be compatible with you specifically, and it can be difficult to determine the level of compatibility of a potential partner through methods of conventional recruitment services GÇô browsing forums, the recruitment channel, or through interactions in game.
TLDR: End Game PVP Without The Game Ending Blob
eHarmony is committed to helping unemployed PvPers find love every day, and with over 70 registered members, we are confident in our ability to do so.
4 reasons why eHarmony Inc. is the right match for you:
#1) You are reading this recruitment post and wondering how much I copied word for word from the dating website.
#2) Meanwhile you have 4 EVE clients open as you single handedly grief some helpless Sov-carebears with a pimped out Machariel, Loki/Tengu Boosts, and a falcon alt.
#3) You yearn to hotdrop your Triage Archon into a hopelessly outnumbered situation at every possibly opportunity.
#4) etc.
Like many of the members of the Dating site, our EVE corporation eHarmony Inc. has really let itself go in the last few months. A quick glance at Eve-Kill statistics reveals our efficiency has dropped from a lean, mean 85% to a slightly saggy 60%. Does this mean we have lost our Mojo? Hell no! So what if we like midnight trips to the freezer to slouch over a bowl of Chunky Monkey Ice cream, at least we are happy!
The truth is, as a friend group, this corporation has progressed beyond the sophomoric stage of needing to look good on the outside to attract and retain members. We have a highly experienced, highly funded, and highly motivated core group of players. A faction BS or Capital loss doesn't phase us if the fight was good. That is not to say we aren't competitive. The average eHarmony member has at one point or another run their own corporation, been a lead FC, has multiple accounts, multiple capitals and years of experience.
I will not bother spitting out a long boring list of how good our ratting space is and how complete our SRP is and how laid back we are.
What sets us apart is that we can provide an experience that you will remember 6 months after you think you have quit eve for the final time.
Remember that time our quick nano gang snagged a Legio carrier in an Anom? Local was at 27 and we only had a a few Vagas, sabres, and a Curse to hold him down. Every member of the fleet perfectly snapped into the roll they were most needed. Our Sabre pilot spent 15 minutes bubbling enemy reinforcement carriers into their station as our rapier called for drones so he could web the carrier's fighters and quickly kill them. At the last possible minute our Sabre pilot retreated to the Anom where we had caught the carrier and threw a final bubble up catching enemy reinforcements 100KM off letting us bag the kills and get out.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1-Gof_dyGoY
Or how about that time we jumped in destroyers to engage a kity Tier3 fleet? We caught their boost alt off the gate bagging a decent kill and even managed to take out an oracle in a good old fashioned brawl:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kqt56xthtFM&list=UUqgV2FHGw3ySHZ3p3zmya8g&index=3
How about when we started really flexing our muscles running alpha nado fleets against the large sov entities?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R51qGjDd3NI
By joining today you will gain access to an experience. You will instantly be pulled into a pitched fight of swirling alliances for the control of the Almur constellation in Molden Heath Lowsec. Backroom dealing with some shady Russians:
Quote:[17:17:11] XXXXXX > and i can say immidatly. We wount promise any profit right now. We need to finish work before split "killed bear"
You will rule the nights as an invincible link in our armor Tech3 fleets spreading terror to all who oppose us for regions in each direction.
You will act as a guerrilla fighter during the days. Striking targets of opportunity hard before slipping away from the hordes.
EVE will have meaning again.
Love is out there, We can help you find it.

What about the time we caught a Cascade Chimera outside of their POS shields? They thought it would be a good idea to cyno to their POS next door to our home system when we had eyes in system. Suffice to say, it didn't end well for them. Here's a video of the encounter, now with 100% more Jack White (Pollychrest's boyfriend):
http://youtu.be/d_JcWXQnIQ4
Anyway, I joined Brushie with a real life friend back in April of 2012. My character was just under a year old, and I had absolutely zero experience in nullsec. The only PvP I had ever done was the odd suicide gank or boot around lowsec with cheap frigates. Basically, I jumped right into the deep end, and I can't say I would have preferred it any other way. Basically the reason that I've enjoyed my time in Eve so much is thanks to the great people in this alliance, who have helped me grow as a player and have been with me on every step my character's journey since I joined. Whether you're a newer player looking to take the next step in your PvP career or a bitter vet looking to settle down, eHarmony has something to cater to everyone.
Oh, and when we move into a new system, we don't **** around:

Here's just a quick update on what you have missed the last 2 days being lame in some other Corporation instead of being LEGENDARY in eHarmony.
LOL TENGU Killing carebears in our home system is always fun!
Logistics Massacre The battle report is a bit screwy since we killed the scimitar well after the guardians. Those shady russians!
Roam Success! Sometimes you go on a 30 jump Nano roam and don't get any good ganks until 1 jump from home =D.
POS Sieging is fun! PL doesn't know it yet but we have declared POS war on them. They are losing.
Rorqual Down I think this one is self explanatory.
In eHarmony you're going to like the way you look; I guarantee it. |

A recruit I was talking to last night mentioned that his two biggest concerns about lowsec were this:
#1) How do we make money?
Well the answer is multifaceted. I will list a few methods that people use:
- PLEXing/Exploration: Just last night we ran an escalation that yielded over 1.2 Billion isk for a 7/10. - Day tripping into WH's: The night before last 4 of us pulled 2ish Billion out of a C3 - Minmatar Level 5's: If you have a carrier you can pull a ridiculous amount of LP out of these.
#2) What about sec status?
For people who have never tried out the lowsec lifestyle this might be a concern.
Most of us stopped caring about our main's sec status and just use alts to deliver ships. We have 3-5 active JF pilots running logistics for about 30-40 guys so getting your stuff moved is never an issue. Just think about all the isk you will make when you decide to rat your sec back up some point in the future! |

We don't always camp gates in lowsec. But when we do, PL drops multiple supers on us and lose their cyno ships without catching one of us.

Last night was fun. We noticed a nearby low sec corp was active shooting a POCO or something so the call went out to fleet up! The doctrine of choice was armor Tech III's but a lot of our main line guys weren't active so we had to make due somewhat.
Our fleet:
3 X Loki 2 X Proteus 1 X Absolution 3 X Guardian 2 X Oneiros
We chose to bring a high proportion of logistics because the enemy POCO fleet had approximately 12-15 guys in it and we would be giving them the advantage of fighting in their home system. Once we arrived we gave them 5 minutes to ship up then dragged the fight to the gate to avoid the perils of the undock.
They undocked a similar fleet composition with approximately:
4-5 X Loki 1 X Proteus 1 X Zealot 3 X Guardians
With an Ashimnu and a Falcon coming in later with possibly some other randoms as well.
We managed to put one of their guardians into low armor (I think he was dual boxing logi) then a zealot into low armor and finally the ashimnu when it landed into low armor. Unfortunately we were a bit lacking in the DPS department and couldn't finish the job. We cleared EC drones off the field but with more reinforcements and enemy jams/neuts on the field we de-agressed on gate and left before they got lucky.
I love these fights the hinge so much on logistics and will definitely be back for more. |

My 3000th kill is currently #5 biggest kills on EVE Kill for the month of January! Ok, so what if it has only been February for 12 hours or whatever.
http://eve-kill.net/?a=kill_detail&kll_id=16178701
While trying to bait a small gang near our home, a Machariel randomly landed on the gate the gang was camping. We decided that it would be a good time for us to take over the gate camp and netted the worst fit Machariel of the month to date! |

Boy oh boy do I have some fun killmails to link!
#1) Capital Fight:
The battle report is quite a bit off since we ended up killing some stuff before and after the fight.
Quick summary: after killing some Russian BS's, they undocked a decent armor BS fleet but this time with no Logi. The only way this could have screamed "TRIAGE HOTDROP INBOUND" louder is if they undocked their carriers. Their next move was to undock a carrier. We got dreads on standby and took the bait near a POCO that they planned on killing. Sure enough, their cyno went up and in came 2 Nidhoggurs, a Naglfar and a Moros. At this point we only had 2 dreads on standby so after a mad scramble we managed to get a third on.
The cyno went up and due to a bit of poor communication only one of our 3 dreads came through.... oh ****. We primaried the Moros and overheated. He exited siege to catch triage reps just as we hoped. Now it was a race Naglfar Vs. Naglfar. May the tallest Naglfar win!
Our Naglfar hit armor first but by this time our other two dreads warped in (FC was prepared to lose his **** at this point). Our Naglfar hit structure but had a DCU, while the Russian Nag was pure tracking fit. After the enemy Nag died, ours exited siege and got reps/cap from our guardians until he could warp off field. Our remaining 2 dreads killed off their carriers and finally their Moros.
#2) NEW FLEET DOCTRINE!
We couldn't get anyone to fight our Tech3 fleet so this is the best our EFT warriors could come up with. We haven't lost one yet!
#3) Copying is the Sincerest Form of Flattery?
Mafia had some success against our Tech3 fleets with their T1 Cruiser fleet so... why not. Turns out T1 Cruisers are the ****. A lot of EWAR kept their alpha nadoes from downing even a humble celestis and we still managed to catch quite a few of them. |

In about 1 week we are heading back to Curse. In preparation, everyone jumped out of their Slave clones so we could actually get some real fun in 0,0. Sure enough, a few short jumps through a WH into Etherium Reach and we found a couple nice ganks and fights.
On our way back to the WH our scout found a Machariel at a safe spot. With two quick scans he discovered the spot before the Machariel pilot could cloak. As our scout warped to the spot the Machariel cloaked so we jumped our fleet in and orbited the scout once he landed.
Turns out it was worth 6.8 Billion Isk with the pod.
