Since BPOS are now the only BPs with inf runs, stick a nice infinity symbol on it (sideways 8) and put a number of runs remaining on the BPCs. This one tiny feature would make every corporation officer's job dealing with BPs and manufacturing several orders of magnitudes easier. I know you devs play this game, don't any of you run corporations? If you did, you'd be going insane from the already obtuse corp management tools, one less aggrivation would make you considerably more loved by CEOs everywhere. But sheesh, it seems like no one at CCP actually runs a corp in the game for the sake of playing the game. ME,PE & Runs lemme se reminds me of my guns. High, Large, number. same design system just M (number above), P (number above) and R (number above for BPC or infinity figure for BPO). then you can simply look in the hanger and see ME, PE, BPC(runs)/BPO. now in a hanger of 700+ BPO/BPC wouldnt that make things easier?

To do that in the current structures of the game would require a "show-info" style data retrieval action on every single BP in your hangar, every time the hangar loads. In the interests of speed, all the hangar knows about items (ships work slightly differently as they have in-space properties too) is what type of item it is, and how many of them in the stack. Getting any other information requires extra database queries to retrieve the full item information. Doing this for every BP every time your hangar loads would be a lag-fest. There are ways round it, but it involves completely rewriting the BP item type, tweaking the hangar code, converting all the existing BP's to the new type, and making sure you don't break factories or labs in the process. The T2 triangle, slot and size indicators on modules etc are not some form of clever overlay based on the module properties - they're hard-coded into the icon. Each item type has it's own icon. The T2 version of a module is a different item type to the T1 version, so it could have any picture the devs wanted. It just happens that they chose to take the T1 image, paste the T2 triangle on it and use it as the T2 icon. BPCs and BPOs are currently the same item type, which is why the can't be easily given different icons, in the way T1 vs T2 stuff is. Beware those beyond here, for they cannot see evil.

Hell they promised to change the BPO and BPC icons back in EXODUS. Nearly a year since they made that promise. I think they where going to keep BPO blue, make BPC red and spent BPC grey. (jus put all BPOs into a can, an BPCs into another can) tho a fix would be good... no way this fix nothing just try to imagin whats up if u run 5 Labslots in each labslot is a BPO and u make 20 copies. 5 Slots * 20 Copys = 100 BPC after the labs are finished they drop the BPO's into the same hangar as the copys. So now u have 105 Icons and there are 5 groups with 21 Same lookin Icons.... this isn't very funny to klick each and check if its a BPO or BPC.... A little tiny sign on the BPO will do the job.. just a little or place a "COPY" sign on the BPC's
