0.0 systems aint realy 0.0 they got negative sec status, and the lower it is the better spawns are there

Drilla i believe, posted a link a while back about the coretech domain expiring and it being available on another domain. I however forgot what the domain name was

About the file; In the Solar Systems Tab youll find 3 comlumns of interest, C (Region Id) D (solar system name) and H (Sec level).
Obviously in its current state its somewhat difficult to read but this file can be imported into MYSQL and then exported out by region/Constellation. 
I found the new Coretech domain btw, its www.pvp.dk, no idea if the system security rating is back on there yet.

well it would be nice if we had 0.0 systems renamed from -0.1 to -1.0 opposite to empire so that clarity can be achieved when traveling (or something similar)

Drilla your thing is a bit outdated. It still lists Orvolle as "0.492476347770118". The miscData.xls file from the link earlier in this thread lists it as "0.746238174". I don't know how many others have changed.
