thats with all the advanced at 4 except char, which I only have basic at one.
I have the crappiest attributes EVER.

Im a new player been playing for about 5 weeks.
18 INT , 12 PER , 6 CHA , 14 WILL , 18 MEM.
The only advanced skills I have are INT and Memory at level 3. Iron Will is at 3 and Spatial Awareness is 4. +1 implants for Int , Mem and Will

advanced learing skill to lvl4 on all but char... with is standard lvl4....
i have +1 imps on all but char... with i have +3 in 8)

i thought attributes affected in-game stuff, so i thought high charisma would get me better deals on the market, or get me more money or something, but i was wrong, seeing as i only have like 2% of my SP in stuff that needs charisma, it's sorta annoyed me a lot, but i guess i can't really change it
