Grid changes on launchers were in the patch notes. There are hardly any other changes afaik, except the no-undocking with a grid shortage one, which was in the notes as well.

No it's not. I have people doing group lvl 4's around me and I have people doing solo lvl 4's around me, in Ravens as well. You simply need to adapt, and yes, that mantra is a dead horse but nonetheless true. It's not difficult either, but training new skills alone will not cut it, your setups must change, and your expectations must change.
In teh mean time, you are doing what was the pinnacle of mission running pre-exodus. Lvl 3's. For an empire acivity with zero real risk (flying a BS or HAC or so), total lvl 3 income isnt that bad at all.

Sure, disruptors and enhancers having effect on missiles, or equivalents being introduced is fine. In teh mean time, you have none of the the two, which isnt that imbalanced at all.

Spawn rate is low to prevent chaining
