People who never whined on the forums "OMFG CCP r teh suck!!!" but just voted with their feet. Not really had time to do much, other than move my stuff around to adapt to the gate changes. Enjoyment will come later, I guess, it's a bit soon to see what the changes will mean for me.

I just dislike the changes to the GUI, the LOD, the new font, and the introduction of bugs. I believe it is called Cold War because Hell will freeze over long before you've managed to travel to where your enemies are. LEEEEERRRRRRRRRRROOOOOOOOOYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!

Lvl 4 missions are a bit more difficult, but since I used and still use a Megathron its just harder to make money with missions. Eyeshadow	Posted - 2005.07.11 07:54:00 - [20] Sooo...here we go again. What exactly has changed that makes a difference to the way you play? Yes to font changed, big woop, you'll get used to it. Im sure all the people that used the different languages are quite happy with it. Me, i dont care, i use TS more than i do chat anyway so it doesnt matter. Empire being revamped. Yes it will take a while to get used to and the bases to get set up etc and it takes a bit longer (it really isnt that hard to get around) but, imo, its a great change. Before patch the whole of eve was centred around yulai/kemerk/niya/lust/jita + nonni, with a few busy areas around the highways but this was the universe. Now, its different. Great change, and as im an empire merc, and have to travel to hunt targets most of the time, i like it. More diversity = good As for less fun, how can it be less fun? Nothing at all has been changed to make it less fun. The same game mechanics still exist. Missiles were balanced, which was extremely well implemented and works a treat from what ive seen. Cruisers were buffed a bit and they are well worth flying now. The changes to plates "could" bring back tanking to fleet fights. All in all, on the ship side, things have changed for the better As for bugs. i have seen next to zero bugs. I cleared my cache completely before i applied the patch and have had no bugs with the overview, no bugs with the market, no buggy modules or anything like that. I would really like to know what bugs people are referring to cos as of yet, ive not found any. As for fairimears comment, well its a MMORPG. If you wanna build ya own empire, go play a solo game cos EVE isnt one. Seriously, all i see here are people whining for whinings sake Forums: Sharks * MC

It would suggest you're keeping an unproductive grudge. Move closer to your enemies or let it go and find some new ones...
ErrorS	Posted - 2005.07.11 08:23:00 - [23] lots more fun.. though I miss my old corp :( my raven is more fun to fly. things just feel more natural now, I dunno how to explain it.. actually doing missions feels more rewarding then it use to. Much easier to immerse myself in what's going on. i'm starting to learn about researching, blueprints and R&D agents, im having quite a bit of fun with this. None of it has anything to do with coldwar though. Just.. the game in general is 10x's better then it has ever been. Eve is getting awfully close to the dream game I had hoped it would turn out to be. This can be ruined, easily.. the minute every newb in 1.0 has a frieghter and a dreadnaught. sableye	Posted - 2005.07.11 10:11:00 - [28] overall I got to say a lot less fun in many ways but I'm giving it time (well I'm paid up till september don't have much choice :) ) but since the nerfing of the level 4 missions I have noticed our corp has been doing alot more stuff together from missions to pvp which does seem to be fun I just need to get my head around not being able todo level 4 missiosn solo anymore (well most of them obviously some are still way too easy).

And i spent 2 days after the patch just to collect my stuff within a 10j radius so i had to travel alot in empire. But now Gallentespace feels big again! The map is great, lowsec between empires is just cool and dangerous. I think it will work out great as soon the bugs are fixed.

Don't like the new font, graphics have changed, don't know why they made logo's all different??? Travel times in empire have increased, that sucks... But I'm sure once I get back into EVE seriously in a couple months, I will enjoy the new toys for big corps & alliances... (eventhough I will never be able to afford them myself...)
