'This document contains no data' -is the error I'm getting, and I'm not alone,
About 3 ppl were on the Help channel this afternoon, we all can't connect to neither www.eve-online.com or www.eve-online.is
I have this problem for about 3 days now.
http://myeve.eve-online.com as you can see, is working. Even a GM and ISD guy was out of sollutions.

These past few days, I've been traveling a lot, and it seems to be hit and miss. As I travel to a new location, I can sometimes connect, and sometimes I can't. It depends on where I am and what ISP I am using at the time. Right now, in Indiana, I cannot connect, but yesterday, in Ohio, I could.

Some IPs seem to have problems, as with one dynamically assigner IP my ISP gives i get in, then the next day, im out. I reconnect to get new IP though, and im in again. ------------- This post is nothing more than my personal opinion. It does not represent the official standpoint of Fountain Alliance, or the HUN Corporation in any way. ------------- |

Yes this is a known issue. It is currently being investigated. We do not know why this is occuring to some users, but it seems to be widespread. The odd thing is that some users are having no problems what so ever. Obviously for now just use http://myeve.eve-online.com/ for forum viewing.
Thank your for your patience and I hope this will be solved soon.

This is insane. I can acess eve-online webage from work but not from home and i work in the same city (Gothenburg, Sweden).
A tracert at home stoped me at ipnet-muli-gw.isholf.is [157.157.255.133] (my ISP is Telia).
If i do a tracert at work it stopes me at same address BUT i can still reach the webpage from explorer. (And they are not "cached" pages)

It seems like a routing problem to me.
I can access the site fine from home (ISP there is Zen) but not from work (NewNet).

I have the same problem. The workaround is to connect to: http://myeve.eve-online.com
This doesnt fix the problem with the main page, but this URL will work and you will be able to access the 'EvE Insider' section which includes account management, dev blogs, forums, patches....etc. --------------------------- (c) Copyright Saladin, 2005. At least you could have posted some news on myeve.eve-online.com about this error...
And could someone please post a link to the full download of EVE as I need it after the patch messed. (You know I was downloading it when all this did happen.. I had left my PC downloading, and when I came back it was done, and the file was there, but it was bad I found out, and only took up about 250mb.. So connection was lost halfway though the download.. sigh..) ------------- Most tired of thing atm: - Mods on the forum saying: "Please use the bug report page to submit bugs, the forum is not the place to post them." and then closing a topic. |

Locally on Verzion DSL I can't connect and get a resolve of IP 213.167.138.92 and I cleared the DNS server cache and flushed the DNS tables locally from the client. If I connect though to the Texas web server via RDP I have no problem getting on. This stinks of routing issues.

First, 24hour unplayable time with the cw patching, next the longer daily downtime, now this?
I just cleaned my comp and came here to grab the client file... I can't. Are these things get any better soon?

Actually I was playing fine up until 30 mins ago then suddenly my connection to tranquility is on a MASSIVE go slow, just to get the server status.. i can connect but it takes many many minutes by the time i reach the character selection.. i dare not go beyond in case i loose my ship while Aeons pass as i load in..
funny thing is using my test client, i can ping Tranquility instantly...
I rather hope wednesdays patch fixes this or indeed they achieve it sooner..
