christ, just accept it, swicth to turret ships and move on, they are and will allways be better.(for missions and pvp)

Personally i couldn't give a toss if the missiles were nerfed, ballanced...whatever. The only thing i would mention is that no matter how hard the long timers and pvp'ers whine in reply to such threads...and yes it is whining, these players keep the game alive, either as targets or more practicaly as income for CCP.
I use turrets so only a minor inconvenience for me, but i can see both sides of the whining. I was around b4 the first turret nerfs and do feel that the missile ballancing has had a rather adverse affect on the game, well at least the longetivity of it for now.

Lets start with a raven, add a touch of 4 heavy launchers. Mix in 2 siege launchers and 2 guns.
Let set 5 minutes. Then add 3 hardeners of choice, xl booster, amp, and TARGET PAINTER.
Add a bit of flavor with your choice of low slots.
And walla! NPC murdering RAVEN that uses, OMG, missles.

The setup you've posted cannot kill any 1m+ bs rats. You will have problem with 800k ones with it. In some of the normal space missions, you face 10-15 ceptors. With your setup, you wouldn't have enough missiles to kill them off.
I fly an apoc and always run pure laser setup. My wife however fly scorpion and raven. As soon as I tried missile change on test server, I told her to switch turrets. Even though rave/scorpion have no turret bonus, but with apoc tanking, either ship with blaster and damage mods can deal out more damage than missiles. On test server, my wife train all the new mission skills to 3-4, the result is just silly and missiles as where it stands is waste of time. Train turrets, fit webber and be done with it. PvP and mission running are very different thing. Results don't match at all.
