Hi all!
Can some one who is doing L4 distribution missions in low/null sec please tell me how much ISK/LP you earn per mission ? I know it depends how much you have in social, negotiation, connection and distribution connection skills and lets say i got all of them on 4.
I am curently leveling for Crane and i hope that ill learn much more about low/null that way ( gate camping mechanich, insta dock, which pirates/corp hang there, maybe make some friends , etc) then from just going in frig with low skills and become pop corn in like 6 sec... , or I may be wrong i dont know but well see...
So if any one have some expirience in this kind of missioning please share some expirience and maybe drop advice or two like: is blockade runner better from deep space Bustard or are pirate missions better / lucrative then standard one ( Caldari ,SoE ) and so on...
Thank you very much in advance |

Blockade Runners are a bit expensive, but they're much better suited to hostile territory than Deep Space Transports; aside from the cloak, which when used properly will defeat most attempts to target and tackle, a Blockade Runner will align and warp nearly as quickly as a frigate, and in warp, it'll outrun anything other than a Fleet Interceptor or a Covert Ops scout (the only two ship types that can natively exceed the Blockade Runner's 9AU/s base warp speed).
Don't know about actual hauling missions in lowsec, but that area of space is almost entirely uncontrolled, with neither hisec's CONCORD protection nor nullsec's coalition patrols. On the other hand, you don't have to worry about interdiction bubbles, so the only thing that can beat a well-timed warp-and-cloak off a gate would be a gate camp with a lot of sensor boosting and a good helping of luck. |

Tnx for reply and advice.Bubbles are the only thing that really scares me but ill try not to warp on the gate but at range of 150-200 km.I think they are visible on overview?
And please if someone have some info of how much ISK and LP (app) do L4 agents pay for those missions in low/null ?
Tnx! |

You only ever have to worry about bubbles in null. There are two types: one anchorable, permanent, visible on overview, and one fired by light interdictors, resembling a scan probe.
Warping at range is problematic; one thing bubbles can do is "drag" you into them, if the generator is along your flight vector, and a common ambush technique is to set up a bubble along a common flight path, well short of a gate, to serve as a sort of tripwire. In null, you're often best served by warping to a celestial and then coming at your destination gate from an angle outside the normal flight path. |

You should look very carefully at the mechanics of "bubbles", specifically drag bubbles, as well as how to use bookmarks (or whatever they call them now). If I'm understanding your statement, you currently know just enough to lose an expensive ship. http://eveprincessbride.wordpress.com/ |

Haha correct, i have to read about null mechanics and those escape tricks but i have some time untill i undock my Crane.I know that i will lose it ,i am prepared for that but thats the way it is.I am working on those BM (instadocks ) in some low sec when i do low sec mission and it seems ok.Bubbles will be hard but Marcs advice to warp to celestial and then jump looks nice and ill try that .And I belive that with regular indy I really dont have a chance to do those missions and Crane seem best one to give me some chance.

I too would like to know how much these pay out. I need to do some for standings (that's the only level 4 distro agents a certain station owner offers) AND I need to get a cloaky/runny hauler anyways, but i'd like to know if this is something I have to endure or something that will actually pay out passably while i'm doing it. |

I asked for some info in help my mission channel and i got answer that those missions pay out for app 800-1500 LP and roughly arround 350-500k ISK.I dont know is this with distribution connection skill or not.I forgot to ask ...
"but i'd like to know if this is something I have to endure or something that will actually pay out passably while i'm doing it. "
Well, I really dont know what to say about this except one thing:you pile up LP faster ( if in blockade runner) and you get storyline missions much much faster then doing security mission .But there is one more thing:if you get storyline from security agent you may not want to run it ( due to low space or lack of skills/ship for such L4 mission ) you need to remove that offer and next closest agen after 16 mission will apear. That way you will end up with curier storyline agnent.
I am using that tactic in high space and its ok,i get only curier storyline mission from that agent.
The reason for me runnig those missions are to get used to low/null space and its mechanics and to do something ( no expolration tnx) while my skills get good enough for incursion and L4 sec miss, so i dont think that distribution missions are ones to stick with in long time unless you really like reading books while missioning of watch movie or something.... |
