Make it higher if needed . Because 10% is feeble
I Love the new idea that if you kill NPC rat the Corp Taxes it straight into the Wallet. It works really well, but 10% isn't high enough.
Id love to be able to set it at 50% , Why ? Because I have a small Corp and we contribute everything to the Wallet anyway, HAving this would allow it to increase Faster as well.

20 - 100% only on positive corp vote, as sa***uard to avoid abuse, but in general agree with it. ----------------------------------------- The price of freedom is eternal vigilance |

As far as I know, since CW patch, bounty and agent missions above a cirtain amount, around 30K i belive, but am unsure of exact value.... I have my tax at 2.5%, seams to bring in a slow but steady income, but still not really enuf to cover general out goings

Edited by: Phoenix 777 on 12/07/2005 08:40:31 yep, tax should be able to go up to 100%, think that too, members could leave if they wouldnt agree with it anyway..... i really hope that other things get taxed soon too :P my people really hate calculating every week how much they earned so they can pay tax....
Quote: It doesnt tax market or escrow either.
actually i think that escrow, as (black market) and player to player trades, should not be taxed, while market should be.... (and i dont get it, if they could make the SCC tax work, why cant they make corp tax work) btw i really hope that npc starting corps will have tax too.....

If the idea of Eve is for players to work together in player corporations, (which we all know that it is), it would be nice to see NPC starter corps charge alot of tax, this would encorage players to change to a player corp, and then also allow NPC corps, and newbie systems to be less populated.
Also, there is very little obveious reason why a player should move from the NPC Corp, an option of lower tax would have this, making corps grow faster all round.
Generally NPc corp tax is goood

AMEN, AMEN, AMEN
I wanna see 80% tax on NPC corps, cause alot of "criminals" just joined NPC corps so that nobody can declare war on them.
of course all characters below 500k Skillpoints only have a tax of 20%, noobs should have to possibility to buy new ships too

I like the idea of a 100% tax. All the work I do earns money for the corp. So how about, when I join the corp, I 'sign a contract' whereby the corp pays me an amount per month (a sallery). Maybe I could get a christmas bonus as well!! Oh and how about free health benifits (corp pays for clones automatically when I die). And a company car(ship)! hmm, now where does all this sound familiar?

15% was mooted but nerfed before the NWO - i guess a more complex corp tax scheme - sharemarket for shares and other corp stuff like departmental wallets will come in the next couple of patches.

when the playerbase first started discussions we set upon the point that a) if corp taxes were to high members would leave. So allowing it to be set anywhere from 0% - 100% is an idea . If players dont like they simply change corps - it would be a competitive thing - why hasnt it been done yet unkown perhaps its to simple an idea

Edited by: TuRtLe HeAd on 13/07/2005 12:53:15 WoW , Never had an Idea that Someones agreed on on before Thanks guys !
Its great because we know use the Corp tax with The NPC bounty to see what Members have been killing . (More of a nosey thing)
I think the NPC is set at 30k to pay to corp wallet.
Ah while ago People used to not join because the Corp tax was too high ? Never really understood that. You are joining a Corp to further the Corp not yourself. If you dont wanna be taxed Stay a Bum in an NPC corp.
