funny thing is, that i tried to buy a apoc from tti 2 days ago and they kept my man waiting for 4h (building time) then the salesman loged of and told him to comeback the other day and after that 16h he was told that the bp is away for research (another 2 days)
and now you are offering 10???
funny corp! :( lost more than 20m because you put my man out of buisiness 80 jumps away for over 20h and send him home without a ship. very professional! |

this "individual stuff" is a nice thing, so it basically means tti is out of responsibility for any action of its members?
I had a deal with a corp, i thought was trustworthy.
Even though 100m may be peanuts for tti, thats absolutly no way to treat a costumer.
ever bought a mercedes that cant be delivered in time? do they tell you to return in three days? try your luck elsewhere? and dont answer the phone? cos you made an individual deal with one of their individual salesmans?

ok...thx for the cut to the bone translation.
fact is: i had a deal 3 days ago about a bs from tti
fact is: they are giving me the 4th reason for any delay
and no, i dont want to do buisiness with anybody who cant deliver
if you are sending someone of your corp 50 jumps to simply pick up something that was made a deal about and are told on arrival to wait 4h...after 4h told to come back tommorrow..after that told the bp is in ressearch for another 2 days...and after a lot of emails and after i found this thread to wait another 18h...
what would you do?
fact is: i was trying for 3 **** days to get the advertised bs out of tti - to no avail
and roark...next time if you quote me...plz. be so kind and post the thing completly!
a 250 member corp with lots of bp¦s and your telling your costumers to wait 18h?
and thats another 18h...maybe you should leave a station some day and start to mine :)
my lousy 20 active members will bring in the needed minerals in half the time.
so, if you find anybody, whom i left 3 days waiting for anything i sold, you may call me the village idiot...hehe
and now i know it¦s the money, not the given word that counts for you - different ways to play the game, me thinks. i would work my ass of for anything my corp members promised. You can¦t take your isk with you - thats missing in your phantastic philosopy.
excuse my english... |

Roark, plz lets settle this thing via private mail and i am sorry for my rude behavior at the end of the chat.
- i had a deal with John Galt - i renewed this deal with calladen (who told me you have one in stock for me) and even said ok to the 18h delay at the begining of our chat...
so this "whats the deal?" of yours caught my on the wrong foot - i honestly was a little upset at that moment.
one another note - why should nobody do any trade with me ever again?? juhu. remember? i was the guy with the money in his pocket, who sat in one of your offices! ;)
to some of the other replies: from what solarsystem are you folks? Since when is it the problem of the costumer when the seller runs out of stock?
"Fuffel > no, but if 250ppl cant find a solution, how should i? :) "
lol! omg...wow. and he hadn't even paid for it yet? incredible. i love people who try to bend time and space based on whim."
sorry, my englsih is not that good. this was meant as a little hint:
mistakes can happen, like forgetting somebody with 140m for me is dockin in the next hour or losing 1-2 battleships in your personal hangar.
If i sold something and forgot to check if my corp still owns it, i would:
a.) try to purchase it on the market - even if this means i am actually loosing money
b.) take it from my personal assets
c.) ask my corp members or friends in other corps
Might be just me, but i would do everything possible to not let my costumer walk away with empty hands.
Makes me a bad salesman? I would choose loosing some isk over known as not thrustworthy anytime.
