Far less likely, requires a wardec that gives you 24 hours notice to do something. Lowsec, you know the tower's under attack when you get mail telling you that there are attackers. Bashing a POS in highsec is seriously tedious.

Also, if all of the members of the corp have no standings whatsoever with the faction in question, the corp's standing won't fall. A High faction standing corp usually costs ~150m-200m.
