As far as ASCN pilots giving you ****? Please send me one single chatlog of local where my pilots ever used any swear word, made fun of your families, used racial, sexist, or otherwise very derrogitory comments, and I'll happily post an official apology and see to it they are booted out of our organization. We have no tolerance for those kind of people in the ASCN, and it's a damn shame the respectable people in your organization do tolerate it.
