Demand a DED presence in low security empire space! Its bad enough to lose highways, makeing a 8 jump journey to a 21 jump journey. Now just about every region has been effectivly cut off by Player killers.
All we want is a randome patrol in these areas 0.4-0.1, not massive stationary fleets.
All we ask is the same concideration given to the PK'ers, PvPers, and pirates, risk vs reward is the thing they cried about.
RISK VS REWARD
Make the risk equal to the possible reward. Gate camping PK'ers, pirates, have no risk in getting out done by newbie characters in haulers doing level one cargo missions. Nor do they stand a risk of a non-PvP group comming after them.
So in essence CCP has allowed them to cut up empire like a pie.
RISK VS REWARD
As long as these people control the routs between the regions nobody is going to move anywhere. Each region can maintain a population withen its boarders. And no one will venture to another region.
RISK VS REWARD(have I said the enough yet?)
no? RISK VS REWARD
Send randome patrols of DED warships thoughout 01=04 space. After all that is their job.

Newbie characters in haulers on lvl 1 cargo missions = low reward. Way to invalidate your post, dude
What risk did you take there? NONE

Originally by: Viceroy Puuuuuhlease. Get off your ass and police your spacelanes like everyone else. Also don't assume that you speak for anyone, because you don't. I've seen plenty of pirate hunters spring up after the NWO to protect their space, and quite succesfully. Obviously we will have people like you whining for help instead of doing something about it yourself, but you're the whinority so sorry.
No carebearization, thanks.
Same goes to you viceroy. WHERE is all the players still? Safe in empire.
You need to do some more agent missions to get to them.

Originally by: Fester Addams I would not want cocncord in low sec however I would like for factions to assist people in their space that have a good standing with the faction.
This would firstly feel right and also would give pirates some more content as they would have to find out if their target is protected or not before shooting.
As for it not being safe... there seem to be safe routes to and from all regions, the link Pator-Amarr may no longer be 7...ish jumps (or 2 for that matter) but there are routes that you can find that do not go through ANY 0.4 or lower systems.
would'nt be concord it would be DED that is their job.

Oh this is so grand the only ones that reply to this post are the very same ones that CRIED pre patch. You could not find anyone to shoot before, and you cried.
Now you get to add some more points to your stupid little killboard each time you kill some newbie in his little frig doing a level one agent cargo load.
YOU are in a area where there is NO RISK VS REWARD. You sit at the gates, and wait for some little person to blunder in your web and one shot latter he is dead and your buddies look at what is left. AS you go run and hide at a planet, moon, belt for 20mins.

Umm...I mine and haul minerals for sale on a daily basis. I don't PvP, Gank or Gate Camp.
What I said about protection is just common sense. If the cargo is valuable, protect it.
But see you dont understand what is going on. New characters...level 1 missions...equal no buddies, no corp, no HELP. These fools are laughing every time they kill one.

Don't carry something in lowsec that you can't afford to lose.
Do I look like a carebear? Do I belong to a carebear corp? Your lucky your so far away. I dont carry implants and only fly frigs. I can pin ***** ya to death...
And on a lighter note. I am off today, but you seem to be on these forums alot. I want to work where you do.

LOL?
look... noone is at fault for your own lack of adaptability, and, most of all, ignorance.
so please stop spewing stupidities, learn how to adapt, and most of all, stop calling names to other people.
Enslaver is a PvP'er that's for sure, but i'm pretty damn sure that he's not THAT bad.
...besides, only griefers I realy know of are the disposable noobie pirates that camp gates in carcals at hi-sec systems waiting for a big fat hauler to come in.
Maybe you should look at who your claiming cant adapt? I nowhere in this post said I was a target from a griefer, I have on several occasions been accused of griefing for my choice of play style.
But I do not sit at gates in low sec space waiting for a newbie or other mission running player, to be forced (yes forced) by their agent to go through a low sec zone.
DED is the long arm of the law right? Their job is to hunt down the bad guys right? So why cant they patrol low sec space? Not a constant pressence in a system just randomly move around. Gives better RISK VS REWARD
No anti pirate group is going to go from 0.0 to low security at 30 + jumps. Aint worth their time.
The inhabitants of Empire are either not capable of busting these camps are choose not to. So CCP should direct DED to do their jobs as they have done in the past.
m0o blocked travel and CCP sent in a swat team.

How can it be makeing all empire safe by having a random patrol spawn at random times in a system?

Originally by: Tiree I'm relatively new in this game (playing for about 4 months now), but had no trouble starting. The first month or two I stayed in 0.5+ systems, cause I knew it would be dangerous to go in lower sec systems. Also I joined a player owned corp instead of the NPC corp you start in. They helped me with advice and financial support. And yes I got shot by a sniper at a gate a couple of times, but that was in lower sec space and I knew the risk.
All I'm trying to say is as a newb if you do a bit of reading and join a player corp you can survive without much problems.
That was before this patch right? Now newbies on their first traing mission are being sent to low security space. Older players with alot of loyalty points at stake are being sent through low security space.
And before sombody says you can go around them..
Last night I for grins and giggles set the auto pilot to avoid pod kill zones, perfer safer route, and the 29 jump course went to one where it said destination unreachable.

HAVE YOU READ THE PATCH NOTES MY FRIENDLY MINING FRIEND?
Quote: Some of the storyline mission sequences received straight after the tutorial were broken due to the NWO jump changes. They have been fixed so that they don't require you to jump through a ridiculous amount of systems.
Oh, so does that mean that newbs aren't being forced to go through low-sec space? Well, the missions my new alt has been doing to test this show's they don't. So please, do some research before making stupid posts.
Next up - how would roaming patrol's of DED forces make empire totally safe? You are suggestting making concord roam around low sec space, killing anyone with low sec status or who have recently agressed, right? That would easily achieve securing empire space, as pirating would then be almost certain death to concord.
Now, do you agree to only make intelligent posts from this time on? Thanks.
You insult me? Call me a miner? I bet your mining skills and industrial skills are higher then mine.
Oh wait till my ole lady goes to work and I can get on my gameing computer.... you amarr scumm
